POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hyper-independence looks a lot like strength until you realize you never feel safe to receive.

Help. Support. Love. Someone taking something off your plate without you immediately feeling guilty, indebted, or waiting for the catch.

I can do it all myself. I’ve proved that a thousand fucking times.

Maybe the next level is realizing I don’t always have to. 🖤

🌕✨ WHAT I’M DOING FOR THE LUNAR ECLIPSE ✨🌕

Tonight, I’m creating space to release, cleanse, protect, and reset. 🌑💫

🧂 Standing in salt — a grounding ritual I use to symbolically cleanse and release heavy energy while reconnecting with the Earth.

🖤 Obsidian + Bay Leaf — Obsidian is often used in spiritual practices for grounding, energetic protection, and reflection. Bay leaves have long been used symbolically for intention-setting, abundance, protection, and manifestation.

🤍 Selenite + Cosmic Code — Selenite is traditionally associated with cleansing, clarity, peace, and spiritual connection. I’m using it as a reminder to clear what no longer serves me and reconnect with my highest intentions. ✨

💧 Salt + Water + Crystals Under the Bed 🛏️✨

I’m placing salt + water with an Obsidian crystal under my side of the bed as a symbolic nighttime ritual for grounding, protection, energetic cleansing, and releasing what no longer serves me. 🖤

For my hubby, I’m placing salt + water with Petrified Wood under his side of the bed 🌳✨ — symbolically supporting grounding, stability, strength, patience, and a sense of calm and protection.

Two different crystals.
Two different intentions.
One shared space. 🤍

🌕 My intention for us during this Lunar Eclipse:
Release what is heavy.
Protect our peace.
Stay grounded.
Create space for new energy.
And move forward with intention.

✨ Release. Reset. Reclaim.

What are you releasing under this Lunar Eclipse? 🌕👇🏽

What a blessing it is when you get to have a coffee breakfast date with your crystal energy healer. ❤️✨

I finally got to meet Gail IN PERSON today! Until now, we have only connected online, so getting to actually sit across the table from her, have coffee, talk about life and business, and finally hug her was such a gift.

And because she’s Gail, of course she showed up with beautiful crystals for me. 🥹

✨ Polychrome Jasper — grounding, stability, strength, courage and vitality. A beautiful stone for staying rooted and centered while you’re growing, changing and stepping into new things.

💕 Rubellite Tourmaline — love, emotional healing, compassion, passion and opening the heart to both give AND receive love. This one is all about heart energy and allowing yourself to fully experience love, joy and connection.

🌊 Ocean Jasper — renewal, joy, emotional balance, patience and trusting the flow of life. A beautiful reminder to release what has served its purpose and stay open to where you’re being led next.

And seriously… could those three have been any more perfect together?

Stay grounded. Keep your heart open. Trust where you’re being led. ❤️

Gail is incredibly knowledgeable about crystal healing energy and money manifestation, but what inspires me most about her is how she has taken her own pain and turned it into purpose, and then used that purpose to power her dreams. I have such a deep appreciation for people who take what they’ve walked through and use it to help other people rise.

She also gives the ABSOLUTE BEST hugs, and somehow she’s even prettier in person than she is in her videos. 🥰

Gail, thank you for the crystals, the coffee, the conversation, the hugs, the wisdom and such a beautiful morning. I’m so grateful that our online connection finally became a real-life one.

And I have a feeling these three beauties landed in my hands at exactly the right time. ❤️✨

What do you generally spiral over? I’ve spiraled over absolutely the most ridiculous inconvenience to legit major trauma.

I’ve noticed that it completely ruined my day and throws me off balance and takes me out of my goals.

My process is:

✨ check yourself
✨ find the lie
✨ touchstone
✨ affirmation
✨ write it down
✨ Aligned action

Because creating more money is only part of the work.

You also have to become the woman who feels safe receiving it, holding it, and continuing to grow without shrinking back into old patterns.

This is for you if you know you are capable of more, but your mindset and patterns are still affecting the money you create.

Self-worth shows up in your decisions, your relationships, your boundaries, your bank account, and the opportunities you say yes or no to.

If you constantly feel like you’re waiting for approval, shrinking yourself, or settling for less than you want, it may not be a motivation problem…

It may be a worthiness wound.

✔️ People pleasing
✔️ Poor boundaries
✔️ Over apologizing
✔️ Hyper independence
✔️ Harsh self blame
✔️ Rejecting compliments
✔️ Constant comparison
✔️ Perfectionism
✔️ Fear of judgment
✔️ Second guessing yourself
✔️ Social withdrawal

Healing your self-worth changes everything because when you believe you’re worthy, you stop settling for what confirms your wounds and instead choose what aligns with your value and your goals, not your limiting beliefs.

Your self-worth sets the ceiling for what you’re willing to receive, because you’ll only allow yourself to accept what you believe you’re worthy of.

It all reflects one thing:

Your level of worthiness.

When you heal the stories that made you question your value, your entire reality begins to shift. The opportunities that once felt “out of reach” start feeling aligned because you finally believe you’re meant for them.

✨ Your income will never outgrow your identity. Heal your worth, and you’ll expand what’s possible.

The biggest thing blocking your money probably isn’t your strategy. You are capable and you know it whether you admit it or not.

Grab your Green Aventurine and listen up!

It’s the story you’ve been telling yourself.

“I don’t know enough.”
“I’m not ready.”
“I need one more certification.”
“People won’t buy from me.”
“The market is too saturated.”

Those aren’t facts.

They’re stories your nervous system created to keep you safe.

Because if you never put yourself out there…
You never have to be judged.
You never have to fail.
You never have to be seen.

Comfort feels safe.
But comfort rarely pays.

If you want to create the income you dream about, you don’t have to be fearless, the only thing required is to stop believing the lies that you tell yourself. (PS you know their lies.)

Your identity will always fight to keep you where it’s familiar, even if familiar is broke and burned out.

The moment you change the story to one of possibilities is the moment you start changing your life.

Comment COMMUNITY and I’ll send you the link to join us for just $33/month. 💙

Inside the community you’ll get:

✔️ Monthly live coaching with me

✔️ Q&A support inside our private community

✔️ Weekly sales, mindset, and business tips

✔️ Guided visualizations and nervous system tools

✔️ Challenges to help you break self sabotage patterns

✔️ Downloads and resources you can use immediately

✔️ A community of ambitious women who are committed to becoming the woman who can hold more money

This is for you if you’re tired of letting old stories make new decisions.

Morning! Air quality's still bad in NYC, so I'm staying in today to work on a chapter project. But of course, I need a little magic—the kind that grounds me and helps my writing flow and spiritual and guidance. Sitting in gratitude. The language of self love today is setting up boundaries, get deep with my hobbies, and showing up for myself.
