Our trip to Benin Republic was an experience I will not forget. The memories we made will live with us forever.

We met wonderful people and made beautiful acquaintances. One of the highlights was having Uncle Richard with us. He joined us to encourage and support, even indulging in our childish plays and laughter. It was a blessing to have a father of faith like him among us.

I also want to acknowledge the organizers of the Basileia outreach @daniel.igbre , @tolu.olunubi , @shaddai_global and the twins, @essayomoghene and @effayomoghene .I will still need a reintroduction to tell who is who between them when next week see. They were such a delight to be with.

To everyone who made this trip special @iamfaithfuldavies @ifeanyiglobal , @i.amthejoshua @william_nzoputa , and @rejoice.onize —it was such a pleasure to be among you all. You have given me memories that will live with me for a lifetime.

We hope for more of such engagements for the Kingdom of God together.

It was such a pleasure. The memories will live forever.

The joy of girlhood ❤️‍🔥

Usually I'd be like

"Oh, we've been cooking something specially for you and that's why we've not been present here" and all the usual stuff

But honestly, we've not o😂, life has just been a lot of moving parts, *alot*.

So here's where we've been:
1. Had a major regional conference that I was part of the media team...crazy deliverables (still have some outstanding😭😭😭)
2. Traveled to 2 different African countries for a mission trip by our Basileia Team. Now this was the juice😂
3. For the trip to the two countries, we had to deliver fast paced because the break in-between the two countries were really small😭 but God helped us pull through. We did evangelism, some spiritual warfare, coming up with concepts on the go, executing them with a a small team...

Honestly, I'm just grateful to be in this spaces. Back then I'd look up to my "tech uncles" and be like God when I go sha be like this people😂😂😂 not knowing i was setting myself up for workkkk.

Now I'm getting to that "tech uncle" stage, not only tech now, creator, creative etc😂😂😂.
It's a lot responsibility but I love it. I love the directing, the planning, yooooo the executionnnnnn🔥🔥🔥. It's so amazing, working with small teams, larger teams, amazing creators and minds just to pull events off and ensure a consistent visual front.

What I'm saying is, I'm home😂. That would have meant, "I'm back to rest" but no o😂😂😂. The grind continues.

If I'm to leave you with an advice yeah it'll be a couple things
1. Trust God with your life, especially when you've noticed you no get control 😂
2. Be so good mehn, so so so good at whatever you do (I'm still getting there)
3. Serve in God's house. (That's where I explored many ideas and concepts in my head, that's where I learnt to delegate, to work in teams)
4. Collaborate and learn to work in teams❤️, this is so overrated and not so emphaaized. But please learn it, enjoy it
5. You will cry😂, you will fail, you will be misrepresented, but know this...stay through to your journey, put the work, trust God's direction.
6. DO IT NOW🔥

I wrote this song from my meditations on one of God’s most beautiful creations, the butterfly.

I remember attending a teaching where the preacher said he wondered why the world couldn’t see the nature of God when they beheld creation. Every creature reveals something of God’s nature.

For a long time, I found myself drawn to butterflies. Through them, God began to reveal many quiet and profound truths about Gods guidance in life. In time, those reflections became this song.

It is a testament to the many seasons we go through, especially the ones we do not fully understand while we are in them.

I wrote this song in one of those seasons. You have to find joy at all times and keep your heart set on what God has promised you.

Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Everyday we go show for our YouTube page (our name na Haverim Ministries for YouTube) from 6am sharp to read the Bible till 6pm reach!

On the 9th day of April, all of us go con gada for one place for Lagos Island to read the remaining chapters of The Bible. This one go need registration o! So, use the link for our bio to secure your space.

This is one series I cannot wait for us to delve into. Last year, the Lord put a burden in our hearts for the church and we spent 7 days raising incense for His Bride. Since then, I have felt the barrage of light come to my spirit of who we are meant to be.

Often times, we get so used to the ritual of church-going that we can lose sight of what it really is. And then one on end, you keep hearing about the church and assume its just like any other religious gathering, and this makes us cancel it out altogether. But what if it is more than that? What if the church is not just a place where we sing, worship and hear sermons?

If for years, you have battled with understanding the church, then get ready to receive much light! Next week, we resume our episodes just to dwell the conversation. Will I see ya? 😀

One of the core pillars of Etsem is to pray for the church - the body of Christ. And whilst I really wanted to push it off until January, there has been a sense of urgency to make this open call now. If this is you, you feel touched by what is going on and would love to pray because when two or three are gathered, He is there, then send a DM as we begin tonight by 11pm for the next seven days.

In my time, I noticed a lot of my peers waiting for life to happen to them. While it sounde noble or makes you feel like an enduring person, you'll find that what happens is you end up becoming a cog in the machine as opposed to partnering with the Creator through agreement or alignment to design your life and the world around you. Purpose is a being that exists in you and with you, but you can be blinded to it.

When I was young, I remember being so concerned about finding my purpose, I wish I knew it wasn't bound to a moment, a place, a person, or an encounter. As great as those things are, I have now discovered that God's purpose (intents, objectives, and agenda) are not bound by them but only accessible to those who can see and know. this series, it is my hope that through the help of the Holy Spirit, our eyes are open to see and know our locus. The core of our identity.

My God. There's something about scriptures that make you enter into God more. If I had one word to define this episode, it'll be light. It'll be hope. It'll be growth. Okay, that's three words 🤣 but in summary, it was powerful. Forever humbled by this journey.
