WOTW: 🏔️ CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN

Every mountain gets steeper the higher you climb.

Choose one pair of dumbbells and stick with them for the entire workout. Every round the reps go up, the clock stays the same, and the pressure keeps building.

Finish your round early? Earn burpees.
Miss the time cap? You repeat that round.

Simple.
Brutal.
Earn every step.

🎲 WORKOUT OF THE WEEK: BAD SHAKE 🎲

You can train for speed.
You can train for strength.

But you can’t train for luck.

This week, the dice decide your fate.

🏃‍♂️ Partner Workout
• 10 Total Laps
• Partners alternate laps (5 each)
• After every lap, roll the die.
• Whatever you roll… your team completes.
• Roll a 6? You’ve got yourself a BAD SHAKE.

☠️ No rerolls. No excuses.

Every team will have a different workout. Some will get lucky. Some… won’t.

The only guarantee is you’ll earn every lap.

Grab a partner and come see where the dice land.

Everyone is looking for a shortcut.

The truth?

The people who get results are usually the ones who simply refuse to stop showing up.

Fireworks hit harder when your chest is sore from push-ups. 💥🇺🇸

This week’s BNB workout is built around America’s 250th birthday.

The mission:
✅ 2.50 miles
✅ 250 push-ups
✅ 250 squats

Get your work in Friday.
Then go enjoy the burgers, beers, boats, and fireworks all weekend.

But more than that… bring your people.

Bring your friends.
Bring your training partners.
Bring the people that make the grind better.

Because fitness is hard… but it’s a whole lot better when you’ve got good people beside you.

Earn the celebration.
Earn the weekend.
Earn it together.

STARS & STRIDES ⭐🇺🇸
For Time
Run 2.50 miles total

Every 400m, stop and complete:
• 25 Push-Ups
• 25 Air Squats

365.

Not just in June.
Not when it’s trending.
Not when it’s convenient.

Every day, I see the men carrying the weight, staying silent, and still showing up.

You’re doing better than you think.
Send this to your brother.
