HHTV’s @jacob.heyman and @zzachrichter have a Breaking News article on HeymanHustle Dot Com right now on former Syracuse linebacker @rellycrocker, who has returned to the spotlight in a most unusual fashion.

Smith, now retired from football, was enjoying a successful career in advertising when he broke away from the rat race to become a cook.

And not just any cook.

After appearing on a recent episode of Food Network’s hit competition, “Beat Bobby Flay,” Smith has become a world renowned (and sought-after) celebrity chef.

Smith currently hosts multiple food television programs. He has completed three seasons of “Mad Good Food” on Tastemade and is filming the third season of “Yes Chef” for Reach TV, which operates television screens in airports nationwide.

Smith recently relocated to Atlanta and is working as a consultant for several restaurants in the area. He’s also helping develop a cafe in St. Croix. Smith plans to host pop-up dining events in Atlanta this summer and is working on a cookbook as he continues his momentum after his Food Network debut.
