I’m still reveling in my trip to Costa Rica last year for @rememberatlantis retreat. Surrounded by the magic of the ocean and a team of brilliant artists, I was able to dream big.

💦 Dream life: Last night I dreamt about this lovely ‘Sandcastle Dreams’ tail created by @mertailor - No joke!

I seriously kept being given the message to create more content with this glorious tail, so here are some lovely videos & images taken by the one and only @brettsphoto during @hannahmermaid & @aradiasunseri @rememberatlantis retreat years ago in Bali. It was such a wonderful experience that clearly comes through with this bliss displayed in this video & the photos.

This @mertailor tail has been around the world with me! As it’s the original Fantasea one fin, it’s the easiest one to travel with at only 8-9 lbs, but still packs power when in the water. I love it! 🧜‍♀️

My life fell apart when I lost the use of my voice nearly 10 years ago while performing in a show I’d already done and accepted for the wrong reasons. Even though I’ve been living with this vocal nightmare and searching internally and externally for answers, during this time I knew instinctively to go to the water.

This shot was taken by in insanely talented and incredibly kind @brettsphoto at the stunning @rememberatlantis retreat. The starts aligned and I somehow was able to go, and am so glad I invested what I had in to myself and this retreat.

During this shoot I noticed huge shadows arise! I was nervous, tense for this shoot and angry at myself for being so. I noticed the ‘performance perfection’ that only appeared since doing that show kick in like my survival depended on it and I was so frustrated with how disconnected I was from my body because of the vocal and performance trauma.
However, Brett, Hannah and Aradia were incredible in supporting, holding space and being right there with so much love, patience and genuine care gently guiding us all during this shoot. I am beyond grateful and my heart fills up seeing these images we created together.

So much love to you @hannahmermaid , @aradiasunseri and @brettsphoto and also to my forever sisters @themermaidoflaketahoe @inquy @mermaidtanganyka and @jessicamichelle5532 . I love you 🌹💚
