Q4. We’re digging a little deeper. ✨ Not just into what’s next—but into what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift. As the founder of Remix Living, I’ve spent years building around one belief: everyone should have access to great design. But as the vision gets bigger, I’m learning that the business behind the vision has to make sense too. So this quarter, I’m looking at EVERYTHING—the numbers, the opportunities, the gaps, the services, the impact and where my energy is actually producing results. I’m asking harder questions. Making room for the pivot. Strengthening the foundation. And getting serious about what true alignment looks like for Remix Living and for me as a founder. Because having a vision is one thing. Building the right business to support it is another. I’m just trying to outgrow the version of me that got me here. Thank you @pidcphila for believing in my company and giving us the opportunity to access the right professionals to help us get there ✨🤌🏾 Q4… let’s get to work. 🖤

The 2026 DesignPhiladelphia Festival is just two weeks away. ✨ From October 1–11, more than 100 events will celebrate the people and ideas shaping design across Philadelphia. This year's festival kicks off September 30 with the Festival Kickoff Party + Awards Celebration at the new @formanartsinitiative Campus, located right in our neighborhood. Over the last few years, we've loved opening the doors of @jasperhousephl and @harbisonsdairyphl to Philadelphia's design community — from students discovering what's possible to the creatives shaping the city today. In 2024, Jasper House welcomed @philanomachapter for a DesignPhiladelphia happy hour in our Club Room, bringing together Philly's architecture and design community. In 2025, Harbisons welcomed @zindzilohan and @rahmi_is_real for What's the Mood? Curating Your Creativity via Visualization, a workshop exploring creativity through visualization in our second-floor lounge. That same year, Jasper House and Harbisons were featured in @zindzine's Dezine Issue, celebrating Philadelphia's BIPOC design community. And this year, our Brand Ambassador Lindsay Bedford welcomed @designphilly's JADE Fellows to Jasper House and Harbisons to see how design can shape the places we live and the communities around them. It's an extension of the work she does here every day, building community among our residents and connecting them more broadly to the incredible neighborhood we call home. Now, she's a finalist for the 2026 DesignPhiladelphia Local Community/Social Impact Award. 👏 Good luck, Lindsay! 🥹 Congratulations to all of this year's finalists and to everyone bringing the 2026 DesignPhiladelphia Festival to life. We can't wait to see what's in store! #DesignPhiladelphia #TBT #PhiladelphiaDesign #JasperHouse #HarbisonsDairy

Sharing a bit how the design of my living and dining areas in my new home came together with help from @remixliving and their DIY offering - where they do the design and you do the install. They also paired me up @burgess_bros_llc to hook up wallpaper installation and painting. Love it all! 🥰🎨 #interiordesign
