This year's Mud Girl run with @columbia.flow was SO MUCH FUNNN!! AHG! I hope I get to come around next time and kick some more butt! It only took three washes to get all the mud out :]
Thank you so much to the girls who braved the cold mud and the miles of running and obstacles. It takes getting your sisters together and accomplishing great things to feel this free and powerful!
Love you all!
♥️

Special thanks to @zahnecal_photo for some epic pictures!

Guys — the yoga is not optional. 🧘‍♂️

I didn’t start for the mobility. I started because I was running hot all the time and needed something that would actually bring me down.

100 classes later: my squat depth and overhead position are better, sure. But the real thing is that it’s the only hour a week I’m not braced for something.

@jenmom28 @renee_riddle @michelle.melton924 —thanks for not letting me half-ass a single one of them.

A little Gorge retreat photo dump because one post just wasn’t enough. 🌿🌦️

Enjoy some of the beautiful moments from our day together this past weekend… wildflowers, dramatic Gorge views, sunshine, soaking, cold plunges, movement, laughter, connection, and all the little in-between moments that made this retreat feel so special. 🧡

There’s something really grounding about stepping away from routine for a day, breathing a little deeper, moving a little slower, and sharing space with kind hearted people in beautiful places.

Feeling very grateful for this shared community and these experiences we get to create together! 🌈

And a special thank you to @renee_riddle for capturing the day so beautifully 📸

“How was the Gorge Retreat?” 🌦️

Honestly… incredible.

The kind of day that felt deeply Pacific Northwest in the best possible way. Gorge breeze, a few spring sprinkles, pockets of sunshine, rainbows, wildflowers everywhere, and somehow Mother Nature kept us dry exactly when we needed it. ☀️🌧️🌈

24 of us gathered together to slow down a little. To stop constantly doing and instead spend a day simply being. Present. Connected. Grounded in nature, movement, conversation, laughter, and community.

We hiked amongst the wildflowers, honored the new moon with a moon salutation overlooking the Gorge, soaked together at Society, cold plunged (well… some of us bravely did 😅), moved through the most nurturing Yin practice guided by Renee, and closed the day sharing lunch, connection, and cozy social time together at @feastmkt . 🧡

A huge thank you to @societyhotel for hosting us so beautifully in the Spa and Sanctuary space, to Renee for creating such a thoughtful practice, and to Feast in White Salmon for the cozy gathering space and delicious lunch.

Days like this feel important. More connection. More community. More slowing down. More shared experiences outside the noise of everyday life.

Bringing together the communities of Escape to Yoga and Breathe Yoga continues to feel incredibly special, and we’re so grateful to everyone who shared this beautiful Gorge day with us. 🌿🥾✨

Welcoming Tangent Movement Pilates Studio to the neighborhood! 🧡

Joe and Christen, former members of Breathe, are opening their doors next week and we’re so happy for them. It’s a big step, and one they’ve put a lot of heart into.

They hosted a couple classes (reformer & tower) for our teacher team today, and it was such a fun way to spend time together in their space and experience what they’re creating.

It’s always a good thing when more people are offering ways for our community to move and feel good in their bodies. We’re grateful to see another small business doing just that.

If you’re nearby, go check them out and help celebrate their grand opening 🎉

Support local. Support small. 🧡

We had to jump in on this trend. (Post 2 of 2)

Little versions of our teachers… long before yoga mats, playlists, and class plans.

Same hearts, same personalities, just a few more years of life experience in between.

These are the humans behind Breathe Yoga — the ones holding space, sharing their love of the practice, and caring for this beautiful community every day.

Swipe through to meet the little them → the teachers you know today. 🧡

Breathe Yoga and Escape to Yoga invite you to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a full day immersed in movement, nature, and deep restoration in the stunning Columbia River Gorge.

Our day begins with a moderate 3-mile guided wildflower hike at the breathtaking Mosier Plateau. We’ll move at an intentional, supportive pace, allowing time to breathe, connect, and take in the sweeping Gorge views as spring blooms surround us.

After our hike, we’ll transition into pure relaxation with exclusive access to the Society Hotel Spa. During our private hour, you’ll enjoy rotating between the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge — a deeply rejuvenating experience for both body and nervous system.

From there, we’ll gather in the Society’s beautiful yoga sanctuary for a 1-hour Yin Yoga practice with Renee Riddle RYT, designed to help you soften, release, and fully integrate the day’s experiences.

We’ll close our retreat with a nourishing lunch at Feast Market, offering time for conversation, grounding, and connection before heading home.

This retreat is for you if you’re craving:
• Time in nature
• Gentle adventure
• Meaningful connection
• Deep rest and restoration

Book now, spots are limited! Early Bird Pricing thru April 15th. Click link in bio or visit BreatheYogaPNW.com .

Let this be your day of pause — a chance to be nurtured by nature, movement, and community.

Today we celebrate the incredible women who make up the heart of our community! 🪷

These women you see here, our teachers, are so much more than the beautiful yoga shapes they guide us through.

They are moms, grandmas, professionals, caregivers, partners, athletes, travelers, adventurers, nature lovers, students of life, dog lovers, and humans walking their own paths with curiosity and courage.

They hold space.
They encourage.
They listen.
They show up again and again to share what they know and love.

They offer their time, their presence, their wisdom, their energy - all in service of helping others feel a little more connected, a little more supported, a little more at home in themselves.

And the beautiful thing about yoga is that it reminds us we’re all both teacher and student. So today we also celebrate the incredible women who practice with us, grow with us, and bring their own light into the room.

Strong women.
Kind women.
Curious women.
Women who lift each other up and make space for one another.

We are endlessly inspired by you.

Happy International Women’s Day to the amazing women of this community and to the women everywhere who continue to lead with heart. 🧡
