Here with legend and great friend Iris Davis. No lady in history has achieved in bodybuilding and fitness what Iris has at 77 years old. Iris has broken many barriers that inspire people all over the world. #agingevolution #bodybuilding #fitness #ageless #inspirational #worldrecord #ifbbpro #npc

Nice being the youngster of this crew, but I can only dream of being as fit, strong and vibrant as these two legends, Iris Davis, 77 and John Hobbs 72 in a few short years. #agingevolution #bodybuilding #npc #fitness

Having a blast in Pittsburgh at Nationals supporting my friends. This is my friend Resa’s first Nationals event so I’m glad I was here to cheer her on. What a beautiful person. Proud of you Resa.

I had such a fun time this weekend experiencing my first @ocb_soa show!! A huge thanks to everyone who has supported me as well as motivated me through out this journey. Some days were harder than others, some were a breeze. Either way at the end of the day I still had my head pointed down the same path I started, always. Determination. Dedication. Positivity. Courage. Is what I reminded myself I had built in me every damn day no matter how much I wanted to stay in bed all day or struggled with energy trying to fit in my cardio and lifting sessions in between doubles. It always got done. Prioritize the things that drive you, it's your life- pursue what makes you Happy. Change is possible. Everyone who competed looked amazingly stunning I admire you all for completing this journey and your constant hard work. Congratulations @resagiles on placing 2nd!! My trophy partner 🏆 ❤️ #ocb #soa #figurecompetition
