Experiencing #PregnancyLoss and then navigating life without children permanently is almost completely missing from the baby loss discourse.

❓Why isn't it getting space?
❓Why aren't our experiences being talked about more widely?
❓Why are our stories so uncomfortable for others to hear that major platforms, AND EVEN baby loss organisations aren't talking about what happens when there is no baby at the end?

↪️ I've been pushing for this narrative to be seen and heard for years! i'm so pleased to be joined by Tanya and Carrie. We'll explore this often overlooked reality and open up the much-needed #babyloss conversation.

There's a distinct shift that happens when you go from holding onto hope that one day parenthood will come to you, and realizing you have to let go of that dream.

So much energy moves to navigating loss, tending to grief, and finding ways to embrace a life that's so different from the one you imagined. And it's a lot to carry.

But at some point, you may notice another shift taking shape. The waves of grief are softer and hit less often. You feel a little lighter, a bit more like yourself again. You catch small sparks of joy, glimmers of possibility, flickers of anticipation about what might come next. You find yourself leaning into these moments as they appear. Honoring where you've been, while also allowing yourself to feel curious about what might grow from here.

Have you felt this too?

This photo was taken on my birthday, about a year after my hysterectomy. My grief was still there, but it wasn't as heavy, like space was opening for something new. And with that space came a creative energy and a pull toward adventure that I hadn't felt in years.

So I booked a trip to Miami, rented a convertible, and spent the weekend exploring the Everglades. (Because if you give me a choice, I'll choose the swamp and alligators every time.)

I didn't have a vision for what my life was becoming. I just knew I wanted to follow those sparks and see where they led.

That in-between place is exactly what Tanya @rest.your.heart.here and I had in mind when we created our small group coaching program, Cultivate & Flourish.

Together over 12 weeks, we'll explore who you are now and who you're becoming. It's a space to name your desires, plant seeds for the future, and gently clear away what no longer fits. Week by week, you'll nurture a vision for a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and truly yours.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need a clear vision yet. All you need is a willingness to follow the threads of your curiosity.

We start April 8 and would love to have you join us. Register by March 18 to save on registration. Link in bio.
