Happy Birthday to me.🙏🏾

This birthday feels different. It’s not just another birthday..
it feels like a rebirth.

This has been a year of transition, release, growth, and becoming. I’ve experienced changes that challenged me, stretched me, and made room for something new.

Now, I’m stepping into this new year with gratitude and anticipation, looking forward to seeing the results of everything this season has been preparing me for.

Here’s to the woman I’ve become, the woman I’m still becoming, and everything waiting for me on the other side.

Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes. Your kind words doesn't go unnoticed.🙏🏾✨

The 4th Annual Mindfulness Conference is officially complete.

Every conference leaves its own imprint. New conversations. New connections. New perspectives. New opportunities to pause, reflect, and grow.

We are deeply grateful to every facilitator, volunteer, vendor, sponsor, partner, and attendee who helped make this year's experience possible. Your presence, your expertise, and your willingness to show up with intention are what continue to make this gathering meaningful.

Over the next several days, we'll be sharing highlights from throughout the conference and recognizing the many individuals who contributed to its success.

Thank you for growing with us.

Here's to building a stronger, healthier, more mindful community—together.

Happy National Day of Joy ✨

Today is a reminder that joy doesn’t always have to come from big moments. Sometimes joy looks like a deep breath, a quiet morning, a good conversation, dancing in your kitchen, resting without guilt, or simply choosing yourself again.

Joy is not something we have to earn after everything is “perfect.” It’s something we can practice, invite in, and create space for... even in the middle of life’s challenges.

Today, I’m choosing to notice the little things that bring me peace, presence, and gratitude. 💛

What’s one small thing bringing you joy today?

People often think exhaustion means they need more sleep.

But many people are sleeping… without actually recovering.

A recent review of 22 clinical trials involving more than 1,300 participants found yoga significantly improved sleep quality, sleep efficiency, and time spent asleep. Some studies showed participants gained nearly 2 additional hours of sleep per night.

Restorative yoga supports the body differently than high-intensity movement.

Through breathwork, gentle supported poses, and intentional slowing down, the body shifts away from “fight or flight” and toward recovery and regulation.

Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with doing more.

Sometimes it begins with finally allowing the body to soften.

Restorative yoga creates space for that shift.
