Atlanta showed UP!!! 💖🫶🔥

Can’t believe it’s already been almost a week since Atlanta @scwmania. A few highlights to live on the feed:

🦋 presented not one, not two, not three… but FOUR rebounding sessions on mini fitness trampolines:
- Rebounding Basics
- Bounce & Barre
- Trampoline Fun
- Core & Balance

SO HAPPY that rebounding classes are on the schedule at @scwmania fitness conventions across the country this year!

(Btw if you took any of those sessions, CHECK YOUR EMAIL for the follow-up videos & a gift!)

🦋 watched @kathycorbey @retrocise & @gcheer33 @sculpt_and_still absolutely SHINE like the brightest stars they are presenting for the first time at a fitness convention - they both absolutely ROCKED their packed sessions!! Seeing friends succeed & live out their dreams is literally the coolest thing to experience 💖✨

🦋 took such fun classes & learned from some of the very best - @billiewartenberg, @jaysaangles, @retrocise, @erick.santana.official, @gcheer33, and of course I jump at ANY chance to take a class with @laurengeorgefitness!

🦋 hang time with Kathy and @corbeygalkin - the most fun 💖🍦

🦋 car rides + more with @laurengeorgefitness - beyond grateful to learn from you always, and for your friendship 🙏 did we not get a single pic together tho? 🤣🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Feeling so grateful. 🥹
To @jumpsportfitness for making my favorite trampolines (OBSESSED with the new colors!!) 😍
To @carvercompletefitness for always believing in me & supporting me 🙏
To @sarakooperman - the mastermind S behind SCW!
To the Atlanta Mania STAFF - it was the best & most helpful fitness convention staff EVER!! I wish I could tag every one of them - the BEST!
To all of the other amazing presenters & friends mentioned above (and those not mentioned - some I don’t have IG handles for)

And ESPECIALLY to every single person who attended one of my sessions 🫶💦

And to M&D for watching @oscarthechiweenie_ … also to @subaru_usa for making my fave car to safely drive all these trampolines around the country 🤣

THANK YOU ALL!!! Sending lots of love. Keep on bouncing 🦋💦

Following up from the “funny” comparison to rebounding in the 80s… I wasn’t actually kidding. We do this seated bounce move in class, and it’s a lot harder than it looks. Had some requests for the full 5 minute video last time so here’s one better: this full 6 minute seated bounce series is now loaded on YouTube. Enjoy 💖💦

Lots of chances to bounce this week.
