Learning how to express your emotions with honesty, grace, and understanding is an important part of building a strong, lasting marriage. It’s not just about what you say, but how you listen, understand, and respond to one another.

Rules of Engagement numb. 25: Practice shared activity.

Doing things together with your spouse can strengthen your bond deeply.

This week, try starting a shared hobby with each other.

Read together, walk together, cook together, volunteer together.

Shared moments created shared memories. Building a marriage means building memories together.

Want to know more ways you can build memories with your spouse? Follow @itsbeyondthewedding to learn more.

A lasting marriage doesn’t happen by accident; it’s built through intentionality.

Choose to communicate, choose to grow, choose to pray, and choose each other through every season. A strong, Christ-centered marriage is built one intentional decision at a time.

Since it’s Pastors appreciation month, I thought I’d help someone learn how to appreciate what they actually have…

If you have a good Pastor, APPRECIATE THEM‼️
They carry more than you think/know 🙏🏿

“Dear Pastors… I see you… I honor you! Thank you for your pour 🙏🏿”

Rules of Engagement numb. 24: Choose each other daily, love is not enough.

Love is a powerful thing, but it’s not the sole thing that’ll keep your relationship together.

You need to choose your spouse daily. How do you do that?

Be thoughtful of their needs. This week, ask them what you can do to make their life a little easier.

Even if it’s small, great marriages are built in small moments.

Planning on getting married? Worried about love not being enough?

We’re here to help you build your marriage on a strong foundation. Book a consultation today so we can get started.
