🥈 today at the @wnbf_uk Supernaturals for @kerriebb and a beautiful end to her first ever season

Today marks the end of Kerrie’s competitive season, and what a way to finish, bringing our tightest and best look of the season.

The pump didn’t quite go to plan. Show days don’t always play ball! But she’s improved at every single show, and today she owned that stage.

It’s also confirmed exactly where she sits in this sport. To move up the placings, she needs more muscle and more time, and we know exactly what we’re bringing up. We could have pushed on to another show, but when you are mentally ready to grow and improve, and know what we need to do to be better… there’s no point in extending the season any longer just for the sake of it

So proud of you Kerrie. Time to build an even bigger dump truck 🤪

TONED FIGURE | PCA NATURALS 5 – @millicent.fitness

A much improved look from the last show for Millie. She’s been grafting and managed to pull off another kilo, which showed on stage today. As always, she presented and carried herself beautifully.

Millie has the shape, the lines, the stage presence and the work ethic. Those can’t be coached into someone overnight. Conditioning comes with time, maturity and more muscle under the skin, and when it all comes together she’s going to be a real problem on that stage

This is a long game, and we’re playing it the right way.

So proud of you Millie, lessons learned, experience gained and the best is very much still to come 🤍

4th Bikini Short for @kerrie.bb at the @ukdfba British Finals 🇬🇧🏆

Such an incredible achievement for Kerrie today! Very very proud of this woman

We came into this show with a much improved look from the qualifier with a slightly different peaking method. Leaner ✅ Fuller ✅ which is ultimately what matters the most. Be the best you can be and continue improving show to show!

She was worked HARD on that stage! But when you’ve been practising your posing being worked shouldn’t phase you 👌🏼 @elevateposing

First ever show for @millicent.fitness 💙 at the @ukdfba Central

2nd call outs in an incredible Toned Figure line up 👌🏼

Millie is only 20 years old, and this is genuinely the beginning of her journey. For someone this early into the sport to hold her own on that stage like she did is incredible

Regardless of the result, what matters to me the most is that she truly enjoyed herself and it’s say to say she really looked like she belonged on that stage & that means everything to me

This is just the start. Next stop… PCA. So proud of you, Millie🫶🏼

Your Contest prep doesn’t start when you start dieting. It starts months before!

This is Verity and what you’re seeing here isn’t her prep. It’s the groundwork that makes a prep actually work when it does come around

When she came to me, she already had a solid background with her training with great intensity, great work ethic. But bodybuilding is a different discipline to one she was familiar with, and building a physique that’s ready for a bodybuilding stage means teaching the body to respond differently to training first.

So before we consider a prep, we have been:

1) Shifting her training style to build the physique that will suit her category

2) A short priming phase (5 weeks, 76kg - 72kg) to gain responsiveness for a push up

3) A full reverse diet back up (she’s now eating way more in a much better body composition and still climbing)

4) Building strength and muscle in a genuine and productive off-season which is where we now sit

Often people want to jump straight into a deficit because a show date feels exciting. But the athletes who walk on stage looking their absolute best are usually the ones who spent months or years doing exactly this groundwork first.

Verity is now going to be primed, and set up properly for her first ever bodybuilding prep ahead of next season. And honestly, coaching her through this phase has been a privilege because commitment and communication she’s brought to this process has made it an easy, genuinely enjoyable journey so far.

If you’re thinking about your first prep: this is your sign to start the groundwork now, not the week you decide to compete 👀

An incredible showing for @_carlamoffatt_ today in Bikini Short @ukdfba Northerns 🔥

This was Carla’s first show competing in the Bikini category after her previous season in figure & as much as the result wasn’t what we hoped for today it’s clear to see that this is definitely the category that she suits the most!

She held her own and brought all the sass 🤪

Seeing her shine on that stage today made me so damn proud and now we push on for the next show 🔥

This competition season taught me so much! Not just about bodybuilding, but about perseverance, humility, growth, and trusting God's timing.

Las Vegas was filled with excitement, nerves, and valuable lessons. I was honored to earn 2nd place in both of my classes and stand beside an incredible IFBB Pro. I left knowing there was more in me. My coach and I took that experience, made some adjustments, and went right back to work. I'm so grateful for that experience because it became the foundation for what was to come.

Then came Albuquerque...

From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed, valued, and appreciated as an athlete. The positive atmosphere, organization, encouragement, and genuine care shown by the promoter and staff made the entire weekend such an incredible experience. It reminded me that competitors are more than just numbers, we're people who have poured our hearts into this journey.

By God's grace, everything came together.

🥇 1st Place in both classes
🏆 OCB Pro Card
🏅 Best Poser Award

What a difference one week can make.

I also want to give the biggest shout-out to my incredible coach. Six weeks before my shows, she completely changed the trajectory of my prep. She increased my food, improved my training, refined my posing, managed every peak week detail, believed in me when I needed it most, and truly brought out my best package with the time given to us. Her knowledge, dedication, and constant support transformed not only my physique but also my confidence. I am beyond grateful that our paths crossed.

Most of all, all glory belongs to God. There were so many moments throughout prep where I prayed, "Lord, not my will, but Yours be done." This Pro Card is far more than a title to me, it's a reminder of His faithfulness through every sacrifice, every hard workout, every tear, every prayer, and every lesson along the way.

To my family, friends, coach, fellow competitors, and everyone who supported me, thank you. I couldn't have done this without you.

Now it's time for a well-earned off-season, more continued growth, and what's to come for my Pro-debut! 🙏🙌💪

A CLEAN SWEEP FOR @candice_grace_ebersohl YESTERDAY!!! 🔥

🥇1st - Masters 35+ Figure
🥇1st - Open Figure
💳 OCB Pro Card
🏆 Best Poser Award

Every. Single. Goal. Achieved. ✔️

I am SO unbelievably proud of this Woman. She trusted me with the last 6 weeks of her prep and gave absolutely everything she had to it

She wasn’t in the best place 6 weeks ago but I could see the potential she had especially with the goals she set for herself!

Safe to say she SMASHED them! And to also receive the posing award is the icing on the cake, because we absolutely drilled that relentlessly and it really really showed.

Onwards to a long off-season now & we’re building a physique that’s going to be competitive among the pros.

This is just the beginning and we are just scratching the surface Candice 🤍
