SOME THINGS NEVER STAY THE SAME.

Ten years. Countless moments. And still, no two editions of The DOT have ever looked quite alike.

This summer marks a decade of The DOT, and the next chapter is already taking shape. A new outdoor home at Yarraville Gardens, a whole host of Melbourne’s most dedicated bass crews and sound systems, and the same ethos of experimentation that’s been there since day one.

Different spaces. New ideas. The same community at the heart of it all.

THE DOT X 📸

MESS and @ausmusiccentre's Game Audio Intensive kicked off last week!

The cohort started their eight week course with a studio session at MESS and a visit to @vmdo’s High Score conference.

They’ll be spending the next two months immersed in game audio workflow, learning industry tricks from professionals and developing their own projects.

We’re excited to see what the future holds for these promising game audio composers and sound designers!
