What started as a dare ended up being a whole lot of fun. 🫣→🥳

At the end of our first group call in The Magnetic Voice, we were invited to write our own verse for @fireinthebellyalchemy’s magnetic voice chant.

The *dare* was to record ourselves singing it and post it. 🔥🔥

My magnetic voice is calling in like-minded moms who want to raise kind and cooperative kids with kind and respectful parenting choices.

With gratitude to @fireinthebellyalchemy and her amazing offering The Magnetic Voice. 🙏🏼💜

And a shout out to @reysomatics for the work we did in The Content Pod Squad – both internal work and specific technical skills that helped me know how to put together a video like this to begin with. 🤩😎

Anu and Rey have both helped me be in touch with the voice and words I want to share in the work that I do, and I highly recommend jumping on any chance you get to work with either of them.

And thank you for indulging my artistic license to use a fox pup in place of a wolf and a cardinal instead of a chickadee. Sometimes I use Canva stock photos, but for my magnetic, authentic voice, I wanted these videos to all be my own.

If you feel nervous about being on camera for your job or otherwise, I highly recommend working with @reysomatics

I was in Rey’s Content Pod Squad this summer, and it helped leaps and bounds with me feeling more comfortable talking on camera, being recorded, and watching myself afterwards!!

Rey is hosting a $44 mini offer on Sept 23, and it’s a perfect opportunity to see Rey and their magic and how YOU can feel more comfortable and less nervous speaking on camera.

DM for the link. I’d love to see you there!!

What if healing didn’t have to be hard?

What if you didn’t have to push, perform, or figure it all out alone?

I believe healing can be supported, relational, embodied… and yes, even playful!

In The Feminine Reset, I create a warm, supportive space for revealing and healing: the places we’ve hidden, the feelings we’ve held, and the truths our bodies have been quietly whispering.

You get to be seen.

You get to feel what’s true in your body.

You get to explore your divine feminine intuition, magic, pleasure, and power… with other women who are also ready to come home to themselves.

There may be tears.
There may be laughter.
There may be surprising moments of lightness when you realize you don’t have to do this work alone.

Healing doesn’t have to mean forcing yourself into a new version of who you think you should be.

Sometimes it begins with softening… being witnessed… and allowing what is ready to move through you.

I’d love to welcome you into this playful, deeply supportive experience:

P.S. And if you're like me and have a hard time creating great face-to-camera content, talk to Rey @reysomatics instead of the camera! She also edited these reels for me out of a our conversation with guided prompts. This would have taken me days to do, would not have felt so natural, and AI could NOT have done. Trust me, I tried! Her work is like a magical wand for creating real reels 🪄✨💖

If “gentle parenting” isn’t working for you, you might be missing a key piece of the puzzle. 🧩

Part of being a kind, calm, and connected parent is offering your child limits, boundaries, guidance and support –

You’re just not mean about it when you do. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My Montessori background offers the idea of gentle parenting some much needed structure –

as well specific strategies that can help you raise a kind & cooperative kid with a peaceful, respectful, and gentle approach. ☮️

if this nighttime routine is familiar, you're not alone.

a lot of us oscillate between wanting connection and avoiding our feelings and this is how that tends to look.

I'm a life coach for misfits and I'd love to help you change how your nights go, so that maybe you actually enjoy them.

DM me the word "nighttime" and I'll let you know how we can work together to start really changing things for you.

I have been terrified of being on camera. But since fully stepping into Claudia Connects, I realized that to help you, I have to stop hiding. I joined a video training group to build my confidence, and during practice this week… my mind completely froze.

I could have deleted this. I wanted to. But I am sharing it because this exact moment—the discomfort, the freezing, the overwhelming urge to run away—is exactly what the journey of coming home to yourself feels like.

Whether you are trying to break the cycle of attracting emotionally unavailable partners, or you are trying to reconnect with your body after being hyper-independent, it requires stepping out of what feels safe.

You stop attracting avoidant partners when you stop abandoning yourself. And that means staying with yourself even when you freeze, even when it’s awkward, and even when you feel deeply insecure.

I am pushing through this discomfort because I believe in the sacredness of this work. I want to guide you back into your body so you can attract relationships that truly honor who you are.

Never stop learning, and never stop coming home to yourself.
Thank you @reysomatics for beautifully guiding me through this 💜

Where in your life are you currently trying to stay present through the discomfort?
