We are thrilled to invite you to the launch of our new book ‘Supergraphic Landscapes: From Public Art to Urban Design on Thursday,’ on Oct 8th at 5:30pm at Starling by Duo (@starlingbyduo, @drinkmondaycoffee). Can’t make it to the launch? Link in bio to purchase!

Supergraphic Landscapes is a book about the future of public spaces—and how reimagining graphics in the built environment can unlock new modes of civic participation. What if the city could remember, care, and play back? Supergraphic Landscapes reimagines how public art and graphics in the built environment can transform public space into places of connection, care, and collective memory. Through essays, speculative drawings, flash fiction, and collaborations with guest contributors, the book reveals how a painted pattern, a textured path, or a layered graphic can disrupt routines, nurture intimacy, and hold shared histories in place.

The book launch will feature live readings, conversation with the coauthors moderated by Jonathan Kelley (@jonathanmkelley), the world premiere of an animated short film based on the book (@kuh.lida), and a book signing (w/ @openbookschicago ).

Meet The Pink House.

Named one of Azure Magazine’s Top 10 Interior Design Projects of 2024.

A late-1800s row house in Little Portugal completely reimagined by Toronto architecture studio SHEEEP.

Inside, oversized windows and skylights bring natural light deep into the home, while warm oak, custom millwork and bold colour give every space its own personality.

And downstairs? A sauna + cold plunge. 😮‍💨

Even the exterior has a story. The pink facade was inspired by the movie poster for Bonjour Tristesse.

Some concept drawings of a recently completed interior design-build of a multi-functional basement fit out for a young family of 3 that will serve as: a guest room, a meditation room, a workspace, a living room for film screenings, with plenty of storage along with some custom designed furniture and of course an under-stair kitty cat private bathroom! 🐈‍⬛💗🐑
