I know I posted this collage on my other IG but I wanted to share the collages on this account as well here is the first 175 participates of my mental health silence photo challenge project I started this project two years ago to help spread a message about mens mental health and I wanted to use my photography to help spread a message I believe a photo can spread a message a thousand ways so I used the tape over the mouth idea and the word written on it to express how we feel inside and we feel silenced about our mental health so thank you to everyone that took part of this project we are at 286 participates my goal is to get 300 participates let’s keep spreading awareness on mental health 💚
