✱ SWINE PREMIERE ✱ New double single "Redeeming Horizon / Low Dweller" by @markussollid via @rhz000 Copenhagen-based label dedicated to showcasing some of the best experimental music from Denmark and more. Markus Sollid presents the double single as a peek into the album Elastic Embrace, to be released this fall 2026. The double single is a taste of the way the album expands on the ambivalence we live with when we experience our foundations and relations transform into something new. Light and dark, gloom and hopefulness become two sides of the same coin where emotions that seem to contradict, instead live side by side and become something else, something that expands us. It's a fascinating piece, and it's a great deal to put this wide, rich, and imaginative musical world into just two tracks. Listen and Read more >> swinedaily.com ⛓️‍💥

My single ‘Stars Align’ is out! ‘Stars Align’ is a little tail to ‘Ephemeral’. Another line of connections to follow, like drawing images in the evening sky. Reminding us that what we feel is happening might not be happening. What we might feel right now isn’t forever. Both the smile and the tear belong to your face. The body knows it is ephemeral, more open than ever. SWINE VIDEO PREMIERE: @altoaria new song "Stars Align" via @rhz000 On March 6th, Danish artist Alto Aria (Rhizome, Posh Isolation) follows up their latest album Ephemeral (2025) with a new single, "Stars Align", released on Copenhagen-based record label Rhizome. The song is an ode to the impermanence of #emotion and the euphoric moments that stretch into the #dark, clear night sky. It exposes the intrinsic #melancholia of time, embodied by those who dare to remain open-hearted. ∎ Music + Edit by @altoaria ∎ Camera by @nannakoppel ∎ Starring @martaholm and @nannaeide ∎ Styling by Freja Riemann Read our interview with Alto Aria on SwineDaily.com 📝

[Swine Review] @official.nemo.music - Blue is the Color of Infinity @rhz000 "Although the singer states in the label’s press release that the album is conceptually built around the theme of #infinity, dissolving one’s ego, and understanding the larger context, this project strikes me as very #intimate and positive. It’s not the kind of dark infinity that makes us dizzy. On the contrary, Nemo offers a warm, accepting version of this concept, as if infinity were right here, in our breath and in the #blue sky above us. The album’s entire sonic palette is built on a balance between the #organic and the #synthetic. Minimalist drums and pulsating, yet subdued bass lines form a stable foundation on which an ethereal layer of #synths floats. Nemo skillfully uses ambient textures that add depth to the record, as if the music really comes from the depths of the ocean or a distant galaxy. The acoustic guitar, although unobtrusive, is key – its warm, woody tone acts as an „anchor“ that grounds the otherwise dreamy #electronics and connects the record with elements of #indiepop." Listen to «Airborne» by Nemo taken from «Blue is the color of infinity» out on October 24th via Rhizome Link in bio Nemo is the musical moniker of songwriter and producer Emma Louise Ottsen Knudsen — perhaps best known as a member of critically acclaimed power trio Jenny, praised for their bold blend of punk energy and the delicate textures of electronic music in a unique brand of fantasy pop. With Nemo, she creates an uncompromising sonic universe where airy vocals and playful synths melt into melancholic guitar motifs and expansive soundscapes. Through her music, Nemo explores life’s vast mysteries — from the ocean’s depths to the far reaches of the cosmos — always from a socially critical perspective that questions everything from symbolic meaning to economic growth and technological progress. On Blue is the Color of Infinity, Nemo lets herself be enveloped by the merciless vastness of the infinite — reminding us that what is larger than ourselves isn’t necessarily dangerous. It can also be a comforting blanket. A deep blue shield against indifference. A surrender to the intricate systems of nature that weave into each other, making us part of a greater whole. “The color blue surrounds us. It slows our breathing and makes us blink less. We live on a blue planet, and we look into a blue sky. To me, the album feels like a still night, where the mirror-like sea reflects the stars, and I dive into the water to swim into the sky.” – Nemo

Alto Aria readies a new album Ephemeral, due on Rhizome featuring Croatian Amor, Space Afrika, Yan Higa, Dimming and more, out November 14th. Ephemeral is about falling in love. To stay open even when you have a porous heart, even though some things are not meant to hold. Made from a poem, all the songs are threads reaching back to the same moment in time. An ephemeral moment that, for me, will last forever. @altoaria @rhz000 @space_afrika @amortheworld @yanhiga @dimmingsongs @skarv6 @lauraceciliekrogtoft

“Margos bearbejder forskellige lydkilder med lag og filtre på en streng minimalistisk facon, som langt mere antyder et beat eller en række anslag frem for at servere lytteren en færdig melodi på et sølvfad.“ @khaffgaard anmelder @margos_ms’ debutalbum “End of Greatness”, der er ude nu på @rhz000.
