Sharing some snippets from last year’s soccer practice when Ayaan was three years old. Lil dude is very passionate about sports and loves playing soccer the most ⚽️🥅🔥 What sports does your kids play ?

Now that summer is fast approaching, I look forward to taking Ayaan for his sport classes 😍 Oh boy ! It’s so much fun to be out there watching him play and hustling with the ball ⚽️ 🥅

FITNESS DRILL FOR FOOTBALLERS‼️

Here is a great drill for those of you looking to give your fitness a little boost before or even during your season. The set up is extremely simple; all you need is 80 yards of space. Follow the directions to complete 10 minutes. 10 minutes=1 set, rest 5 minutes before completing another 2 sets of 10 minutes each. That makes it a 45 minute workout, with 30 minutes of running!

This is one of my go-to’s when I’m looking to get fit and ready for preseason, and is one my teammates and coach do quite often! Give it a try, and let me know how it goes. Don’t forget to leave a comment down below for future content ideas, suggestions or questions!

❗️CHALLENGE TIME❗️
Brothers, here is a challenge I think most people won’t try and even if they did they couldn’t do it. Why? Because they are to afraid, they want to be liked by everyone, and don’t want to make mistakes, butt broo live a little, say fuck it and go do what scares you the most... REMEMBER YOU HAVE ONE LIFE, BUT THIS ONE LIFE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH IF YOU LIVE
