𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐜𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 - 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Every time when you enter an experience that is slightly different from what you usually do, your body needs to digest it and find a place where it fits. Sometimes it takes seconds for you to get into a new state and quite often it takes longer. The best way to do it is through integration.

When we finish Ecstatic Dance, we go into the Melting Meditation. It allows our body to completely stop and rest on the ground (after an intense experience when we slow down - we can notice all the sensations and emotions that we’ve just experienced), our mind to come back to a state with little or no thoughts. Whilst we rest with others we can feel the sense of belonging and safety around others.
A moment of peace with yourself.

So when you come back to your life, the journey is smoother and fuller.

𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲! 𝐄𝐜𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤!

This time we gather again to celebrate the birthday of 2 amazing humans @mushinamusic and @ricardo.munay - important pillars of Ecstatic Dance and sound movement. As always it would be 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜, 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 ‘𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲’ 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

We will meet at Lisbon and we will dive into the Experience of Ecstatic Dance, Connection and Music. A place where you will be taken by the wave of Dance Experience, Sensorial Journey and your own sensations.

A place to reconnect with your friends, meet new interesting people and get to experience the art of amazing musicians, performers and singers. A place where the dance becomes the main language.

For me it is way to reconnect with the whole community, to experience how we nourish each other by being together and how we keep celebrating our life in any possible moment. I will also be bringing a special guided transmission (meditation) to the community.

So your cup will be filled with love and connection ♥️✨

See you on October 17th on the dancefloor!

A very deep moment that remain in our history ✨ A hymn to unity ⫸
Um momento muito profundo que fica na nossa história ✨ Um hino à união ⫸
.
(Português nos comentários)
.
In July 2025, at Boom Festival, I facilitated the “Healing Voice Awakening”.
As with all these workshops, there is a moment when we harness the abundant energy we’ve created together to heal something and energize an intention.
.
At that time, the Israel-Iran war and the Russia-Ukraine war were in full swing, alongside other conflicts. I mention these specifically because many people from these warring nations were present.
Sensing a general unease at the festival—particularly regarding the Israel-Iran-Palestine situation—I decided to facilitate a moment that made me tremble inside, yet my whole body told me it had to happen.
The opening of the healing circle for those from these countries was spine-tingling; the silence and profound discomfort of those in the center were palpable—we all felt it.
But then, after more than 600 people poured energy into the center and held space for everyone’s pain, the conflicts dissolved; amidst tears and embraces, we experienced something unique.
It was a moment captured on video, yet only those who were there truly felt the impact of that borderless union.
.
Afterwards, several people came forward to share their stories and express their gratitude. One of them said: “I hadn’t cried in over five years. In my country and within my own family, we live with daily tension... the energy of war is always present...” And he embraced me, crying.
It was very moving.
.
Gratitude to everyone who was there ✨
Gratitude to the musicians who supported: @tabansmagic, @dalibri.sound, @_manochico_, and @nosvoz.mantras.
Gratitude to @boomfestivalofficial.
Gratitude to @daniela_gandra for this special video.
May Unity and Presence ALWAYS be part of our lives!
.
On Saturday, October 10th, I’ll be hosting this Workshop/Portal again, prepared with the energy of the 10/10 New Moon. Also Ecstatic Dance session, followed by a celebration of @nosvoz.mantras’ 10th anniversary in Lisbon. Come join us : 🌙

Feel a bit of the magic of our guitar retreat lead by @gregwithpeace a space to deeply connect with the acoustic guitar for creativity, meditation, mantras, medicine songs.

An act of learning basic tools and surrendering to the intuitive flow that rise through this beautiful instrument.

We had a special weekend creating flows like this one @casapremaretreat while singing for our beautiful animals, shiva, shanti and Kali.

Connect with us for the next ones ❤️

The SACRED INNER FIRE is burning in all of us 🔥

Thank you to all the beautiful souls who joined us today at the PHOENIX STAGE for such a powerful ritual ♥️

As our dear Satya @satya_wws shared, what makes a ritual sacred is everything you bring into it: your presence, your intention, your prayers, your devotion, and your heart so thank you for making this moment unforgettable 🤍

Today, we prayed for peace, love, happiness, and for the courage to feel, desire and crave more from life.
These prayers and intentions will soon travel with Satya to Ukraine, into another space of healing and prayer, carrying our presence and support with them with hope, so they can also pray with intention ❤️‍🩹

Thank you also to our incredible musicians, our team, and everyone who made this possible @carlos.medicine.music @ricardo.munay @filipepsoares @diogo_vilhena_official 🤍

And thank you to @icaros.festival for welcoming me once again into this beautiful stage and community that already feels like home 🤍🔥
