The Lord has placed it all my heart to start a brand new initiative within my business called “More Than Just Hair”. While doing hair is a dream come true, and I love my job making people feel beautiful, I tend to think about more that I could do for my community. I am launching this new initiative for people who want to give back, but simply don’t know how. Breast cancer. Something that has affected everyone. Whether they’ve had it themselves, or a family member has had it, or even a friend, we all know somebody who’s had it. And while a lot of people we know have had it, research still lacks for these women. They continue to be let down, by not having their needs met. While no amount of money or charity can even come close to solving the problems within our medical system, government, and the fact that carcinogens are all around us, we still have the opportunity to do the best we can by raising money for research! Breast cancer has affected 1 in 8 women! We have got to find an answer! I put together this basket of local businesses willing to help give back to the women who never got their answers, and the ones still awaiting answers. 100% of these proceeds will go straight to Pretty in Pink, a local North Caroline foundation that supports women with breast cancer! This will run on a raffle system and each ticket will be priced at $4 a piece. Every dollar that we receive for this basket will go straight to cancer research. This basket includes: - 60 minute massage from @livingwatersmassage g - Mini facial from @solsticewaxspa - Pink @fthrhatco - color service from me! - Verb hair oil - Wow spray - Joico heat hero - Redken one united - Perfume from @sarah_health_wellness - 30 minute photo session from @rickilanephoto - mani or pedi from @alyssaaxnails - Gift certificate from @simplynaturalcreamery - Original art piece from @melissalynn0204 - Week free pass @hotworxwintervillenc - Camo sweatshirt from @wrillsouthernoutdoors If you are interested in buying a ticket, you can Venmo me @rachel-hardy-36 and put “breast cancer raffle” for the memo! This will start today and will end October 30th! Winner will be announced October 3

Beautiful pics by @rickilanephoto Some love stories are simply meant to be enjoyed slowly. 🤍 A quiet boat ride, golden reflections on the water, and that look that says everything without a single word. Moments like these are what make engagement sessions so unforgettable. 💍✨ #Engaged #EngagementPhotos #SouthernWedding #WeddingInspiration #LoveStory
