“Rickski” (b.1981, Detroit, MI) is a self taught, observational painter who’s work combines figurative illustration and abstraction, while using various painting mediums and traditional methods. Studio Visit is a column curated by Marissa Jezak. It has been ongoing since 2021, presenting glimpses into the studios of Detroit-based artists. Today, we invite you to check out the work of Rickski! https://runnerdetroit.run July 13, 2025
