🚵‍♀️ **THE 10-MILE GOOD DIRT RIDE IS A GREAT PLACE TO START.**

Our **10-mile route** is designed for active novice riders, younger riders, and anyone who wants to experience the Good Dirt Ride without committing to one of the longer distances.

This reel gives you a look at the actual route, including a flyover of the course and photos taken along the way.

Expect a little bit of everything:

🚵 Smooth trail sections
🪨 Rocks and technical spots
💦 Creek crossings
⛰️ Rolling climbs and descents
🌲 Tijeras Creek and Arroyo Trabuco trails

The route is approximately **10 miles**, with about **400 feet of climbing** and a typical ride time of around **2 hours**.

Riders will head out from Rancho Santa Margarita, connect into the Tijeras Creek and Arroyo Trabuco trail system, ride south to the turnaround point at roughly 4.5 miles, then make their way back to the finish.

It’s challenging enough to feel like an adventure, but approachable enough for riders who are still building confidence on the dirt.

🚵 **10 Mile Route**
🕤 **Starts at 9:30 AM**
📅 **October 24, 2026**
📍 **Rancho Santa Margarita, California**

And crossing the finish line doesn’t mean the day is over.

After the ride, stick around and celebrate with the Good Dirt community:

🎟️ **Huge raffle** with bikes, cycling gear, getaways and more
🍔 **Food trucks**
🍺 **Beer garden**
🎶 **Live music**
🤝 Riders, families, volunteers, sponsors and the mountain bike community all coming together

So bring the bike, bring the family and come make some memories both **on the trail and at the post-ride celebration**.

The Good Dirt Ride is a community fundraiser benefiting **OCMTBA and Team Africa Rising**, helping support mountain biking here in Orange County while expanding cycling opportunities in Africa.

**Pedal for a Purpose.**

What an AWESOME weekend we just had! The GOOD DIRT RIDE this year was an absolute BLAST from beginning to end!

Team BikeCo conquered the challenging 50-mile ride (at pretty spicy clip )🚵💨🔥

We got a chance to connect with some really cool folks in our local mountain biking community, All while shreddin' for a great cause!

Our JOINT BOOTH EVENT, hosted alongside Mtb Hall of Famer Brian Lopes and the wonderful team from Selmas Chicago Pizzeria, was a BIG hit! 💯🔥

All the riders both young and old had a kick-ass time! Especially those lucky prize winners!

A big thank you to the GOOD DIRT RIDE organizers and volunteers for putting together such an amazing event. And a special shoutout to @gooddirtkurt for getting us dialed!🤘💯
