24th out of 120 in Open B Mens 🙏 I'm loving the competition vibe, surrounded by friends, amazing problems and a whole lotta try hard! 🤩🔥🎉 Topped eight 9D reds 🟥 in 2.5hrs with barely 2 minutes left (as announced by Jack Masel in the last clip 💦). Unfortunately I couldn't manage any purples today but I'm still very happy with my mental game and competition tactics. Thank you so much @9degreeswaterloo and the amazing @katsu_8611 and @tsukuru_8611 for this historic event! 🔥😍✨ The learning and training continues... Onto the climbing homework! 📚💪🪨 #bouldering #climbing #competitionclimbing #boulderingcomp #9degrees

I went bouldering today. The white orange tag boulder has a dyno move in it. Last week I didn’t finish it so I wanted to do it this time. Except the blue boulder, the other boulders were slabs. I really like slab boulders

had to take advantage of the sun to go out for a long run today (w some pit stops in between heh) 🌞 stops included: greenway > orange grove markets > fish market! all up about 8km from start to finish - longest I’ve run in a while 1. first time at greenway/bay run area 2. pot of gold 3. Anzac bridge - feels so much longer when running LMAO 😭 4. fish market 5. wonton noodle soup @ happy chef in Chinatown - exactly what I needed to warm myself up again grateful for the sun finally coming out, I really needed it ☺️

Yuta’s Sushi Omakase 📍@goldclassdaruma / @chef_yuta_nakamura 🍴Sushi Omakase 🇯🇵🍣 🌎 Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 🦑 appetiser 🍣 smoked sashimi 🍳 chawanmushi 🍣 nigiris 🍣 🐠 imperador 🐡 cuttlefish 🐟 bluefin tuna 🦪 oyster 🐠 bonito 🐟 grilled salmon belly 🍙 ikura handroll 🐟 grilled scallop 🦐 tiger prawn 🐠 otoro tuna 🎣 anago (sea eel) 🍙 uni tuna tartare handroll 🍲 miso soup 🍰 dessert late post + mostly repost from main!! this was my first sushi omakase experience and at a $110 lunch / $130 dinner price point, there’s a lot of value! i really enjoyed the melt-in-your-mouth otoro, grilled salmon belly was super juicy and the uni tuna tartare handroll was 👌 perfect. for the amount of pieces we got, i felt very satisfied and enjoyed the whole experience by the end of it; i will definitely come back again for a birthday or special occasion. thanks to @ridgetinez for joining me too! . . . . . . . #foodporn #foodies #foodphotography #foodblogger #sushi #omakase #finedining #japanese #seafood #sydfood #sydneyfoodies #sydneyfood #sydneyeats #sydney

The Hero X Program had a simple goal:⁣ ⁣ "Provide meaningful work experience for busy high school students."⁣ ⁣ We are so much more than a tutoring company, and this program is just a glimpse of what we continue to do for our students day-in and day-out.⁣ ⁣ From design-thinking workshops to mastering the art of public speaking, it was nothing but a full-on week for both the students and mentors!⁣ ⁣ Here's a short (and very cute) video to recap the experience ❤️

We’re the team of talented education providers @hero_education ... and yes, we’re also super cute :) Proud to be nominated as finalists at the Australian Small Business Champion Awards at The Star this weekend. There’s nothing like the feeling of being surrounded by people who challenge and inspire me daily - and as the age old saying goes, you are the average of the 5 closest people around you. My fingers and toes will be pointing at them if ever I had to choose who I’d be in a team with... what about you?
