Last Pilates class at Ebony + Ivory was a heavy one. This space became a comfortable place to land at the end of the day, for not only me, but a lot of faces in these pictures. Friendships were made, laughs, cries, and doggy kisses were had. Change works out in ways you don’t always see coming and Kinetic Core will find another home very soon! 🩷

The weekend’s finally here, and we’ve got plenty going on in the taproom beyond the delicious brews. Here’s the rundown:

•Friday - $12 flights all day plus Neil Norman and Ian Rutter will be in the taproom tonight to enjoy some beers and chat about Tight Lines and Tall Tales: Stories of Southern Appalachian Fly Fishing (book releasing in June)
•Saturday - Rigazzi yoga at 10:45, Angelo will walk you through how beers are made during our monthly tour and tasting at 1:00, @bsbites19 will be set up for lunch and dinner, @knoxyoungdems are hosting a launch event from 6:30 to 8:30, then a late-night rave at Portal 4.0
•Sunday - looking like a great day for some patio beers and to check out new art from @enloeflamingo

Doors open at noon all weekend. See you soon. 🍻

Visit us early today to pick up a pint for the patio or sixer to go for today’s games. October’s guided brewery tour and tasting ($20) starts at 1:00. Then we’ll be closing at 3:30 for a private event. 🍻

Happy Friday! $12 flights all day. Come visit Nick and Meredith and beat that heat.

Tomorrow we’ve got our usual yoga class at 10:45 with @rigazziwellness. Then @soknopride is taking over @oldsevierdistrict for the day. Due to construction we don’t have any events scheduled this time, but we’ve got ideas in the works for later this year. Stop in if you’re parking under James White. We’ll also be pouring @knxbrewfest and @hopsinthehills.

June is here, which means our forever Pride artist — J Gervin — has filled our walls with her bold, vibrant, and thought-provoking mixed media work. You can meet her in the taproom Friday night before she departs for an exhibition in Vancouver later this month. If you’re not able to make it in tomorrow, we’ll have her pieces up all month for you to check them out.

Looking for something else to do this weekend? We’ve got plenty of other events in the brewery this next week. Here’s the full rundown…

•If you’re into travel and practicing new languages, INT’L CAFÉ will be set up tonight starting at 6:00. This intercambio-style event gives you a chance to laugh and learn with other world travelers through language and cultural exchange.

•Fitness and self care more your vibe? Join Kandace Saturday morning at 10:45 for an hour of stretching and posing to get your body active and mind slowed. Register through the link in the @rigazziwellness bio.

•For those who love a good read, Fable Hollow is bringing an adult book fair to the brewery all day Saturday. With tailored recommendations based on your young reader preferences, it’ll be a bit nostalgic, yet tailored for your grown-up tastes. You’ve also got a chance to screen print your own “Fight for your right to read” tee or tote from 1:30 to 3:30.

•If you’re ready to break free from your Saturday night routine, come dance at the late-night Jailbreak rave.

•Need an outlet for your creativity? Meredith is leading another paints + pints workshop next Wednesday at 6:00.

•And finally, if you’re a veteran looking to connect with others, Rocky Top Veterans Foundation is hosting another Pints with Patriots social Wednesday. Each veteran will be treated to dinner from @lulus_snack_, so invite your friends, family, and of course veteran friends.

Our only other programming note is that we’ll be opening at 2:00 Sunday to accommodate a reservation earlier that day. Cheers to the weekend! 🍻
