Rigs is way better than a therapist’s office 🤣 so many laughs 🫶 Content days don’t have to be stressful, they just need a plan and someone behind the camera who knows what they’re shooting for #contentday #perthcontentcreator #socialmediamanagement #theboldedit

Still feeling so full after Saturday ✨ What began as an educational event for health and fitness professionals became an afternoon of connection, learning, shared wisdom, and some really beautiful human moments 🥰 Thank you to everyone who showed up - not only with curiosity and openness about navigating your own journey, but with a genuine commitment to better understanding this phase so you can more confidently support your patients and clients too. The conversations, questions, reflections and yes… the hugs 🤍 were incredibly special. Menopause education matters - not just for the women experiencing it, but for the professionals guiding and supporting them every day. Saturday was a powerful reminder of how important (and impactful) this work is. So grateful to share this space with you all ✨ Huge shout out to the phenomenal Bo @menopharmacist and Courtney @thelimbaracademy for speaking and sharing your wisdom with us 💕 Huge thanks to the super talented Ash @thequietbeauty_ for the fabulous video footage AND thanks to my ride or die professional event segue to dnb dance floor buddy @naomikerpster love you 😘
