💸SEPTEMBER CASH GIVEAWAY💸 The David Prize is known for giving five New Yorkers $200,000 each year, but we know there are far more extraordinary New Yorkers doing work to impact the city! That’s why we have a monthly Instagram giveaway of $250 intended for a New Yorker who is pushing the city forward and could use an extra no-strings-attached boost! You might be a university student training for a career as a public defender, a community organizer running a mutual aid initiative, or a health worker pushing through burnout.

HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: (one entry per person!)
1️⃣ Like this post
2️⃣ Make sure you’re following the @davidprizenyc account
3️⃣ Drop a comment tagging the person you’re nominating (this can be yourself!) & most importantly share what you *or* the person you’re nominating is working on for NYC and why the work matters to the city

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: The giveaway runs through the last day of September at 11:59PM ET. This is open to New Yorkers that are 18+ and live within the 5 boroughs (winner may be required to verify NYC residency). The winner will be selected based on the level of creativity/ impact of what they’re working on for the city! The winner will be contacted via DM, asked to respond within 24 hours, and announced via Instagram Stories. We ask that the recipient provides their best mailing address, a W9 form and hops on a quick call with us after to tell us more about their story!

Note: This giveaway is not associated or endorsed by Meta.
