I am so proud of the guest faculty we’ve assembled for Mom Wellness Summer School — and honestly, the off-week practice sessions might be my favorite part of the whole program.

🎥 Pelvic Floor Exercises for Postpartum Recovery! 💪

Mamas, your pelvic floor does so much during pregnancy—from supporting your growing baby to helping with childbirth! After birth, it’s common for these muscles to feel overworked, weak, or in need of extra love. 💕

That’s why taking the time to intentionally heal and reconnect with your body is so important. My Pelvic Floor & Core Rehab Series focuses on gentle movements to restore strength to your pelvic floor, glutes, and core—because they’re the ‘mighty trio’ that work together to keep you moving and feeling strong.

🌸 When should you start? Around 6-8 weeks postpartum, visit a pelvic floor PT for an internal exam and personalized recovery plan. Once you’re cleared by your provider, you can start incorporating these exercises into your routine.

🌬️ Can I start anything earlier? Yes! Gentle breathing exercises can be done even sooner to reconnect to your core and manage pressure.

Every mama’s healing journey is unique. What you do now will set the stage for your health 10, 20, even 50 years from now. My goal is to help you build lasting strength, prevent pelvic floor dysfunction, and stay active with your little ones for years to come.💕
