It really isn’t about the numbers, it’s about showing up for people who are trying to show up for themselves…

The class is full to me wether it’s a room of One or Seven ✨
I appreciate every single person that walks through the door 🤎

This flow is all about stability, control and strength — and the lighter spring makes you work even harder to control the carriage.
Plank → side plank → thread the needle → lunge flow 🤍
Adding the ball takes the stability challenge up another level.
Would you try this flow? #PilatesInstructor #PilatesStrength #ReformerPilates

Reformer Pilates isn’t just about slow movements 🤍

This combination takes you from weighted lunges into a pike-to-plank series and press-ups — challenging the legs, core, shoulders and overall control.

Strength + stability + mobility + control = the kind of movement I love teaching.

Would you try this sequence in your next Reformer session?

A little glimpse into some of my days lately 🏃🏾‍♀️ definitely squeezing my 24 hours xx

Always somewhere to be, setting up, teaching x2, packing up, heading to the next place…

It’s busy, it’s a lot, and some days I genuinely feel like I’m always on the go, but I actually love it 🫣
