#iykyk Lagree is not stretching! Lagree is for everyone and it’s just as good of a mental challenge as it is physical!

It’s always interesting to see what happens when multiple businesses exist in the same industry.

From the outside, they all do the same thing.
From the inside, they’re completely different.

Different founders. Different visions. Different people they’re trying to reach.

These three Lagree brands are proof that there isn’t one “right” way to show up in an industry.

Which is your favorite??

Kicking off Fourth of July week feeling strong. 🇺🇸❤️ Hosted my very first Lagree class at The Rise with an incredible group of women, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to everyone who came out, showed up, worked hard, and made it so fun! Here’s to starting the holiday week feeling strong together. 💪🏼

Thanks for joining us for a lagree, soundbath and matcha wellness experience! Not only was it @riselagree’s one year this June 🥳🎉 but also member appreciation month! It was a stacked month where I myself, as a member, felt so appreciated! Thanks to our community for showing up with the best energy. It was also @risematchaco’s launch this past weekend and members were spoiled with a matcha tasting! We had the option of Vanilla Sea Salt or Banana Pudding Matcha. Both were so tasty and the green color was 👌🏼💚 Shout-out to the beloved owner @lizhuettinger for pouring your heart (and literally our matcha) into this studio and redefining what a boutique fitness and wellness experience should feel like.

Excited to do this again on Saturday @riselagree but this time it’s lagree, matcha from @risematchaco 🍵, and meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️! All my favorite things packed into 75 minutes, an absolute DREAM! 💭🌙💭✨
