Natarajasana Biomechanics 🧘‍♂️ | Rishikesh Adiyogi
Natarajasana improves balance, hip mobility, and coordination. The standing hip stabilizes the pelvis, the lifted knee flexes, and the lifted hip extends. The spine extends while core muscles maintain stability.
TTC Tip: Maintain pelvic control and avoid excessive compression of the lower back.

Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) is more than a backbend—it requires spinal extension, shoulder mobility, hip extension, and muscular control.
🔹 Distribute spinal extension throughout the back without compressing the lower back.
🔹 Improve shoulder mobility to open the chest.
🔹 Engage the glutes and spinal extensors to support the backbend.
🔹 Activate the triceps to help straighten the elbows.
🔹 Maintain core control to stabilize the spine and pelvis.
⚠️ Focus on alignment, not just flexibility. Avoid forcing the lower back into excessive compression.
Understand biomechanics. Improve alignment. Practise with awareness. 🧘
