Marathon #2 | Royal Victoria Marathon. @runvictoriamarathon
Time: 3:00:12
I gave everything I had. I fought for that 12 seconds BADLY💀 You can see it all over my face at the end haha.
Lost this time for sub 3, but still want to celebrate a 12 min PR. I’ll be back stronger and beat that 12 seconds.

Thanks everyone, It means so much to me, and you guys are a big reason I keep pushing myself to become a better version.
So much appreciation for everyone who sent me kind messages and cheers. I keep all of it in my heart with me when I’m fighting through those hard moments. Thank you to y’all🫶🏻

Special shoutout to: @saunter.runclub @sweatequity.athletics, @run444club @01010111.rc friends and family! Royal Victoria Marathon 2026 🏅

Official chip time 3:02:48 & a 25 minute improvement over my prev PB 6 months ago.

Two years ago, I attempted my first marathon and woke up in an ambulance with a DNF next to my name. If you had told that guy he’d run a 3:02 one day, he wouldn’t have believed you. That’s the power of resilience, and the compounding effect of discipline.

Yesterday’s race was a testament to how far I’ve come. It was proof that you can achieve things you once thought were out of reach.

Set ambitious goals. Put in the work when nobody is watching. See how much your life can change.

A big shoutout to everyone for the encouraging messages on Sunday. And to those who were there cheering in person (especially @runwrobyn @_harrykp who biked/ran the hardest section with me), your presence meant everything. Congrats to @tatsuaki_jp & @kairuns_ , I’ll remember this trip for a lifetime. And of course @makenziefrias for your daily support leading right up to the finish line 🫶

Can’t wait to see what the next 6 months will bring 🚀

Beautiful weekend beautiful place beautiful people

1:20:45 so not actually 1:20 but we ball

Beautiful to watch people push themselves to their personal limit. It’s powerful to take yourself to that place & then some.

& got to do it with some incredible people - shout out the @sweatequity.athletics crew

PRs hit with help from @risingendurance_

Side bar sub-threshold speed work might be the ticket

Always 10 toes down… metaphorically.

2026 UA Eastside 10k - PR 38:22 and a top 100 finish

Sunday’s race meant much more to me than a medal. It was the first race that felt bigger than chasing a new personal best. This past year I’ve really made an effort to step outside my comfort zone and it’s hard to believe how much has changed. Running has given me friendships that will last a lifetime. Being part of a community meant there was much more to celebrate Sunday. Congrats to everyone who crossed the finish line 👏🏅 @runcrswest

This race and this year have had a lot in common.

Full of ups, downs, and moments that felt hard.

This year, I started a new business (went all in), moved again after I thought I had settled somewhere, and navigated a lot of uncertainty.

This race had a lot of hills, including one really big hill that always surprises me with how long and hard it is.

Despite how much I thought life’s challenges were affecting my training, I ended up running faster than last year. A new course PB!

And this race reminded me that sometimes in life, you surprise yourself with what you can get through and overcome… especially when you’re surrounded by the right people.

I’m very thankful that I don’t have to have it all figured out to keep moving forward.

Sometimes, you just need good people beside you to help you up the hills and remind you to keep going.

So grateful for the people who have made this year’s journey a little lighter, a lot more fun, and so worth it. 🤍

And very grateful for my teammates who paced me up those hills. 🏃‍♀️✨
