Training hard means recovery has to be part of the routine too💆🏽‍♀️✨

Remedial massage + dry cupping to release tension, ease muscle tightness and give my body some much-needed TLC. 🫶🏽

Strong body, proper recovery🤎

It is getting hot in here, actually it is opposite, UK is getting colder and wetter, outdoors flow season becoming complicated so we need to enjoy every moment while we still can.

Exploring old and new moves in different sequences. FLOW for life

Meeting Yasuharu Takanashi @nassy_takanashi (composer of Naruto Shippuden, Log Horizon, Fairy Tail, Sailor Moon, Ultimate Muscle & more)🌹

I remember being a child, listening to what I didn’t even realise would become my reality and my privilege. To watch and be influenced by some of the greatest stories ever told.

Naruto being one of my genesis anime, soon followed many of the other amazing titles I’ve named. Fr. In that order.

To listen to and immerse myself unknowingly in soundtracks that would benchmark parts of my life, when it wasn’t clear. Some will feel to be moved by such things is minor, small, but so are the things that make us whole, that keep us going and that help us grow.

Thank you @uzumakilondon for the call and for introducing me to the legend that is and always will be Yasuharu Takanashi.

Sincerely

Che 🌹

Supa can push anyone to their limit in the gym.
But there's one thing he's still fighting for, and it's got nothing to do with fitness…
