POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you knew me before now, you might not fully understand this moment.
There were days I felt stuck. Days I questioned my direction.
Days I was doing a lot but seeing little. But one thing remained constant; God. Today, I’m dancing not just because of results but because I can see His hand in my life.

This joy is personal.
This gratitude is deep.
God has truly been good to me 🤍

It is said "sometimes you have to take a leap of faith to reach new heights".🥲

Was yours worth it?

I must say declarations have been a go-to way out in moments I feel stuck or worries building up within me and it's perfectly ok if this is something you experience too.

However,we can choose the right words to replace such moments and also every other time.

So, throughout this week, declare these words with faith and trust God to give you the grace to rise above every misty low land.

We will bring forth good fruits this week!!!🙏💃🥳

Tag someone who needs to see this and save this for now and later.

Happy new week!

Only a typical foodie would say these portions are really small.😂

But did you think about the content of this simple overnight oat meal?

Oat on their own are very filling and if you aim to lose weight then you really should fall in love with this, because eating a filling meal such as oats may help you eat less.

Chia seeds also may help you feel fuller when you eat them, but best to add them in little quantity.

And then, Ree's Delight Greek Yoghurt, greek yoghurt are rich in protein and also will increase your filling full after consuming.

....................

Would you be trying this simple yet sumptuous overnight oat meal for breakfast???

READ TILL THE LAST FULLSTOP 🙂🙏👇

Here are 5 HEALTHY late night snacks🤤 I gathered some days ago. You might need this.

1. BANANA: my favourite fruit😍🤤. Not only is it a sweet fruit but also rich in minerals that will feel you up faster if you're having hunger pangs and also help you fall asleep faster.

2. GREEK YOGHURT: this is actually my go-to late night snack option. So, if you have a late night ice-cream craving, you should consider freezing your greek yoghurt(a bit), drizzle a some honey or marple syrup(both optional) and snack on that instead.🤤

3. STRAWBERRY: I know a lot of you would roll your eyes on this option😏 considering how expensive they are, but if you're a strawberry lover and can afford it, then why not, it's rich in vitamin C and has limited calories for a healthy late-night snack.

4. WARM OATMEAL: I used to think oatmeal is only best as breakfast (we learn everyday), I was wrong🙄. Oatmeal passes for a good late night snack and even more when you add in some milk, nuts and cinnamon.🤤

5. TRAIL MIX: this is basically a mixture of different nuts such as walnut, cashew nut, dried fruits and seeds. They are all good sources of healthy fat and may even support your sleep. But then, you have to be careful with the portion to avoid excess calories.😉

Did you enjoy knowing these? Like, follow for more of such post, share this post with someone, especially with a late night person you know🥰😊.

You're welcome.

A behind the scene product editing for @rees_delight .

Talking of the many things running a buisness causes you to learn/know how to do.😏

Product photography and editing has been one major for me and I've been really loving it. I take most pictures with my device and edit most of them using canva as I did in this video.
I know @rees_delight will get to the point of having to out source managing this aspect of the buisness very soon, till then, it's been fun doing this for my buisness.

Rate my final image on a 1-10 scale😊
