It's funny how the final plate is always the quietest part of the process.
Because behind this one, there were versions I couldn’t even show you.
It was too off. Just not it.
And I could have stopped at ‘it’s okay’ but for something that’s going on people’s event tables? Okay is not enough.
So I kept adjusting, tasting, and plating again until it finally made sense.
Now imagine this showing up at your event, and your guests actually pause to ask where it’s from😌.
That’s the goal every single time.
If you’ve ever wondered why our desserts hit different, this is why.

Today, I celebrate another year of life, love, and learning. I'm grateful for the journey so far, and I look forward to the opportunities and experiences that lie ahead.

Here's to embracing wisdom, cultivating joy, and living a life that truly reflects my purpose and passion. Cheers to another year of growth, connection, and making a positive impact. Today, I'm reminded of the light within me and the impact I want to make in the world.

May this new year be a beacon of hope, love, and positivity.

Happy birthday to me!💙
