Dahlias picked October 20th! I will miss flowers and pink skies, anyone else feel@like this summer flew by particularly fast?!

Crazy to think we had a hard frost in mid-September last year and here we are enjoying the warmest fall weather 🍁

I will be opening Christmas decor orders likely this coming weekend so be sure to signup on our website to receive emails as subscribers always get notified first - link in bio.

The flower that started it all! The Italian ranunculus. I’m obsessed with these gorgeous blooms and can we talk about their vase life, 2+ weeks and they are still gorgeous! Just got my order from @unicornblooms and ready for the 2027 season!

Happy Friday! I still can’t believe it but I have yet to receive a hard frost! I’ve been puttering away with winter prep of the rows of flowers but it’s been hard because they are still thriving!

A little heads up that I will be launching Christmas decor pre-orders very soon so be sure to be signed up for our emails on our website - riverfrontflorals.ca

This bouquet had the last lisianthus of the season and they were my fav variety - Voyage 2 Light Apricot. I’ll be planting plenty of these again next year.

This is my last bucket of blooms for the season; although we haven’t been hit here with a hard frost, these are the last blooms that weren’t frost bitten.

I’m unfortunately not offering arrangements this year for thanksgiving but a big thank you to those of you who thought of me and asked if I would have anything to offer.

Stay tuned for holiday offerings - I will be opening Whoville-inspired grinch tree orders soon as I’ve already had some of you messaging about them 🎄

Happy Thanksgiving 🍁

Happy October! The dahlias are loving the cool nights and warm-ish days ahead of our first frost and the end of flower season. Funny how we work so hard to grow these beauties and they decide to show up at the last minute 😆

Every year I say I’m not planting them again, I’m giving up dahlias as a crop and then every year I add more and do it all over again because I just can’t quit these beauties! Any other flower farmers feel me on this?!

Wearing orange today as a proud Métis woman. Today is about honoring the survivors, remembering the lost, and acknowledging the multi-generational impact of residential and day schools on our communities. 🧡 #EveryChildMatters #OrangeShirtDay #Métis #TruthAndReconciliation

A little peachy, sunset inspired bouquet for a friend - I love gifting flowers to those I love 💛

It’s supposed to get pretty chilly tonight. Fingers crossed our season keeps going after this!
