 Jesse is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida, where he was also a member of the Powerlifting Club. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, Jesse developed a passion for strength, movement, and performance that continues to drive his coaching style today.

He brings extensive experience in hypertrophy and strength training, and has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels in both group and individual settings. He has recently won Nationals & been provided the opportunity to compete at the Powerlifting World Championships in Korea. Georgetown University Football

Blessed to have the opportunity to work with Isaac Ramsey this summer in preparations for his freshman year playing football at Georgetown University. A 3 sport varsity athlete, last year’s Howard County Player of the Year in Football, & a 3A State Champion with the track & field team at Oakland Mills, Isaac is one of the top athletes to come out of the state of Maryland in the Class of 2025.

With his main sport being football, and with the main focus of those coaches being lift more often and lift heavier weights, Isaac saw how training for performance improved his explosiveness, movement patterns, body control, balance & stability, and kept him fresh and out of injury during the summer.

Isaac is an extremely coachable athlete, always looking to fine tune his movements & remain attentive to detail. And as I say with a lot of the athletes I am blessed to work with, Isaac is a beast on the field and the track, but he is a genuinely good kid and has been raised very well. Best of luck my guy at Georgetown 🫡
