Heading to Alberta for @boucherconworldmystery in a couple of days. Thought I’d gin up a little luxury meets danger short for everyone to enjoy! I love this aesthetic—and @gnarly.nomad @vehiculeracing and @patri4rch and @mitchelluther for honorable mention, do this vibe very well—be sure to check them out and give them a follow. Tales from the Caribbean launches 11.10.26. Stay tuned—it’s going to be fun!

DEVGRU Gold Squadron operator Adam Brown 🔱🦁✝️

Adam Lee Brown was a United States Navy SEAL assigned to Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), also known as SEAL Team Six. Remembered for his determination, resilience, and dedication to his teammates, Brown became one of the most respected figures associated with the unit’s Gold Squadron.

Brown’s military career was marked by perseverance through significant personal challenges. Despite suffering a serious eye injury during training, he continued pursuing his responsibilities as a special operations operator. His commitment to his profession and his fellow SEALs reflected the demanding standards expected of personnel serving in the Navy’s elite special warfare community.

During his career, Brown deployed to Afghanistan as part of the ongoing campaign against al-Qaeda and Taliban forces. On March 17, 2010, he participated in a mission in the Shah-i-Kot Valley of Afghanistan’s Kunar Province. The operation targeted insurgent leadership in a remote mountainous region where American forces faced difficult terrain and hostile opposition.

Rest easy, Adam.

A special thanks to @jillwagner.
For anyone who doesn’t know yet, she is currently playing the role of CIA operative Bobby on the Taylor Sheridan hit spy thriller series Lioness, and also shares the title of Executive Producer. If you haven’t enjoyed this exciting series, you should start with Season 1 (now in Season 3) available on Paramount+.

Jill, pictured here with my partner, @rick030295 (Rick Franco) on the left, and her husband, David Lemanowicz (former minor league ice hockey player and U.S. Army Reserve Officer) as she signs a bottle of our rare @fourbranchesbourbon Black Ops special edition (sorry - sold out). This bottle was later auctioned off at the @sofwarriorfnd (Special Operations Warrior Foundation) event and raised $5,850 for the foundation.

It is these types of collaborations and moments of patriotism with individuals like Jill and her husband lending their names and talent to special causes that help us all to continue to support our veterans and their families.

Thank you, Jill. 🎥🥃🇺🇸

One of the things I love about writing and running @jackmactavishadventures is making new friends and supporting other veteran owned businesses. @fourbranchesbourbon is the bourbon of choice for Jack MacTavish books. This small company has done so much for the veteran community over the years and I am honored to feature their products in each of my novels. Thanks to my friends @rjcasey1 @rick030295 @harold.underdown and @michael_w_trott for their support of my writing. Sip to remember. Stay Dangerous. 🇺🇸♠️🏴‍☠️

SHE WASN’T BUILT TO SIT IN A MUSEUM
Mach 3+. 85,000 feet.

The SR-71 Blackbird remains one of the most extraordinary machines America ever put into the sky.

For decades, she’s been silent.

What if we could make her fly again?

BELIEVE.

Because some legends deserve more than to be remembered.

They deserve to fly.

When someone who lived the world you’re writing about says you got it right, you pay attention.

I’m incredibly grateful to Ric Prado for reading Tales from the Caribbean and for this endorsement.

Ric spent more than two decades in the CIA, including service as a senior operations officer and chief of the Counterterrorist Center, and is the New York Times bestselling author of Black Ops: The Life of a CIA Shadow Warrior.

His words about Jake McAdams and this story mean more than I can adequately say.

“Entertaining. Accurate. Funny as hell.”
