Truly a #humpday @starttoday_ fam! Let’s get yp@and over the hump with a little something. #somethingisbetterthannothing Show of hands: who secretly loves if your trainer (@rjose07 ) oversleeps? He’s never done it, but when it happens. Ohhh baby

Strength training is one of those habits that supports your body in so many ways from building muscle + supporting bone health to boosting energy, improving your mood, and helping you stay strong as you age. 🤍

And the benefits go beyond the physical. Moving your body can be such a powerful way to support your mental well-being, too.

It doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the gym or lifting super heavy. Consistency matters more than doing the most.

Find a way to move that works for you. ✨

And a happy #friyay to all. I was REALLY struggling this morning to get to the gym and be tortured by @rjose07 but I adapted. Told Jose I was skimming the trees and I think he took pity on me. But #somethingisbetterthannothing and I was able to #checkthebox @starttoday_ family How ‘bout you?

Well, summer is over (unofficially) but back to work. @rjose07 took a little pity on me as I return back to @thelivmethod with 4 sets easing me back in.

I bedazzled my needlepoint frames , booked Paris for my 35th birthday, used journal speak to save a relationship, and learned that we spend way too much time waiting for things to be over instead of actually living them. August was a lot. Full recap on the Substack — comment AUGUST and I will send you the link.😉✨💃🙆🏻‍♀️

Which of these hit the hardest for you ?! 👇🏼

This company was built by a trainer, for trainers.

Built on the belief that we are only limited by our imagination and elevated by the people we choose to surround ourselves with. When you surround yourself with like-minded people who refuse to settle for anything but excellence, you begin to see what’s truly possible.

We learn together, we push each other, we celebrate the wins. We carry each other through the hard days…And year after year, we keep climbing.

When you put driven people in the right environment, give them the tools, the opportunity and something meaningful to build together there’s no telling how far they can go.

This is bigger than a place to work. It’s a place to build your life’s work.

If you believe there is more in you, come find out how much and come build with us #TeamLIV #TheLIVMethod
