Interviewing a salon?

Don't spend the entire conversation answering questions.

Ask a few of your own.

Here are seven I'd recommend:

1️⃣ How often does your team receive education?

2️⃣ Is there an associate or mentoring program?

3️⃣ How do new stylists build clientele?

4️⃣ How do you measure success?

5️⃣ What opportunities are available for growth?

6️⃣ How would you describe your salon culture?

7️⃣ What do your most successful stylists have in common?

Remember...

You're interviewing the salon just as much as they're interviewing you.

The right fit benefits everyone.

💙 Question: Which question would you add to this list?

This week we learned perms and relaxers! I feel like I learned a lot and yesterday we were able to work in groups to create a plan for a creative perm!
