Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ @annikaglac @rkpworks & @ifmagazine
From the words of Annika Glac —
“I want to take this opportunity at times of great uncertainly for the creative industry and ALL the artists that are involved in weaving these world to say a very big thank you to Don Groves for his interview with Isabel Lucas in the current @ifmagazine. I can't think of a better person to embody the inner world of Marie Curie in RADIANT and Don's interview captured our alchemy. We were ready to go into production this year....gulp... and now wait and see how the world unfolds. For all of you who have been asking who is your Marie? Here she is.” - @annikaglac

Can’t contain my delight to be cast in this magical feature film biopic, ‘Radiant’. I’m honoured to play the indescribably magnificent, trailblazing legend, Madam Marie Curie. Written and to be directed by Annika Glac, produced by Robyn Kershaw, this is one of the most poetic, nuanced scripts I’ve read.
Who knows when film productions will become active again. Life is one big mystery.
As Marie Curie said, ‘Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.’
Whether you’re an artist, a banker or a builder, may you keep weaving yourself to your hearts visions.

Perspective - It is hard to stay focussed amidst the horrors unfolding .. the positive cases for USA in reference to the various places I have stayed before and where I am now in Venice ..In particular I am remembering Hollywood Hills where I have stayed multiple times at my dear friend Robyn’s spectacular home and received the family’s generosity, warmth and compassion in the last 8/10 years and specifically once, how this gorgeous window and the view kept me positive through my recovery .. missing you dear Robyn, Chris, Lydia and Jake ..stay safe in your respective places ❤️🙏 USA 266279

Hold the phone! Very happy to announce that my film Let’s See How Fast This Baby Will Go has been selected to screen at the incredible @heartofgold_iff and as a finalist for an ATOM Award!
The ATOM awards is the second-longest-running film and media awards in Australia (only behind the AACTAS) and celebrates Australian and New Zealand films from screen industry professionals and the education sector. LSHFTBWG is one of only four films nominated for Best Short Fiction Film (under 50 minutes) at the awards.

The Heart of Gold International Film Festival screens films ‘that are heart-warming, thought-provoking and entertaining’. As the fest says: ‘At Heart of Gold, we believe to break through to the audience on an emotional level takes a special kind of storytelling magic’. Awww, happy to be sharing the magic with you, Heart of Gold!
