Anniston is taking a major step forward for healthcare.

The City of Anniston has announced that Regional Medical Center has entered into an agreement to join Orlando Health, following approval by the Anniston City Council and the Regional Medical Center Healthcare Authority.

City leaders say this partnership will help strengthen the future of healthcare in Anniston and Northeast Alabama through new investment, expanded services, and the support of a larger health system.

Importantly, all current RMC employees are expected to transition to Orlando Health with their titles, pay, and years of service honored. The agreement also includes long-term protections to help preserve RMC’s presence in Anniston.

Sound bath 4/25

📍 @rmchealthsystem // Private Sound Bath Session.
💫 Thank you for the 16” + 28” gong @dreamcymbals

The Conversation:
Trying something new. Leaning into curiosity. Having an open mind. How brave it is to not be so fixed that you can still be open to new ideas.

The Energy:
Ready + Open. Kind.

Day of…
Letting this be a spacious morning before I have to head out to Atlanta for my next session. Hadn’t been to @southerngirlcoffee in almost a year! Ordered the banana foster coffee with oat milk (uhhh DELICIOUS!) and now writing you.

It’s important to create the space to feel your success no matter how big or small. And wow…

Feeling grateful for the opportunity to share this powerful, non invasive practice in the town I first considered home.
My business has grown so much here since I moved back 3 years ago… and to now have the opportunity to do this for @rmccaresfoundation feels unreal. I get told often that I’m just lucky. Maybe! But I have put in the work that moved mountains for these blessings. Thank you, RMC for trusting me to share something completely different, that will support your employees in feeling supported by you!

Next up, @gradyhealth . ❤️

Settled. Ready. Open.
How many times do you experience something new as an adult?
When was the last time you were in awe?

Day after.
6am alarm to 6:30am. Zzz to 9am and super productive. Meal prep. Pack a bag. Finish a job that’s been in limbo. Home office day. I need to drink more water.
