POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

With so much pop psychology and therapy speak floating about, it’s hard to know what advice is actually valid!

To solve this problem, we asked one of India’s leading psychologists for help :)

Through a collaboration with @youthkiawaaz , we polled thousands of young people, asking them to submit their burning questions.

Hundreds of queries poured in. From everyday experiences to things we’ve always wondered about, there was plenty on people’s minds.

Dr. @childshekhar from NIMHANS takes on some of these questions.

There’s a lot to get into, and this is just the beginning.

Watch the full conversation on Youtube.

Every circle brings together different people, experiences, and things to talk about.

Across Bengaluru, the Sharing Circles have made room for conversations that might not always find their way into everyday life, giving us a chance to pause, look at things from another perspective, and question what we might have taken for granted.

Here’s a look at some moments from the circles as we make our way towards Manotsava 2026.

What do you do when you’ve been sent on a mission that’s been granted only a 15% chance of success and you have a catastrophic accident when you’ve barely started taking a crack at it? If you’re the class of 1983, you double down and chart history.

I’m delighted to announce that my docufilm, ‘Miracle in Antarctica: The Forgotten Story of Dakshin Gangotri’, will premiere on 28 October at 06:30 PM at Bangalore International Centre (@bicblr), Domlur, Bengaluru.

The film chronicles how India did what no country had done before, and astonishingly, no country has achieved since — a record that has stood for over four decades. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Dr. Harsh Gupta — scientist and expedition leader; @santoshsaligram — the film’s director and editor; Sourabha Rao — producer; and @surajsunnysumanth — animation project manager; moderated by @preetizach22, journalist with @the_hindu.

Unfortunately, the Antarctic ice hasn’t been quite so steadfast. Melting at an alarming rate due to the continent warming faster than the rest of the planet, it is in grave danger of causing a global crisis — unless we act NOW.

RSVP now to join us for the premiere (LINK IN BIO), and bring your children and young friends, especially, for it’s time to show them what’s at stake, and what they’re capable of doing if they put their hearts to it.

Directed and edited by @santoshsaligram
Produced by Sourabha Rao

My Tigger is critically ill with advanced heart failure and fluid build-up in his abdomen. Hearing that our time together may be so short has broken my heart.

Milo (3rd time tick fever relapse) and Lucy (skin eruption and hind legs week) need treatment too. I’m doing everything I can, but I need support.

Please keep Tigger and all of us in your prayers. Help with treatment, volunteer, or lend a hand with emergency transport. Join EarthSouls: earthsouls.life 🐾❤️

When something feels emotionally heavy, how many young people talk about it, and how many choose to keep themselves busy instead?

The second wave of Dil, Dosti, Data looks at how young Indians navigate emotional overwhelm, seek support and experience the challenges of opening up. Drawing on responses from 3,072 young people, the survey found that 38% turn to staying busy rather than talking about what hurts, while only 20% first reach out to someone they trust. Stories from the Youth Ki Awaaz community offer a closer look at what it means to carry things alone, and how difficult it can be to share what we feel.

In collaboration with Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies and Manotsava, Dil, Dosti, Data 2 brings together 23 findings on love, loneliness, friendship and family, exploring how digitally connected young Indians are navigating relationships and emotional support today.

As India’s streets ring with voices in defense of democracy, we asked people across civil society what the word means to them.

Here's what they said.

*A Revathi's organisation has been misspelt, it is Nugum Kalaikalam
