My goal for 2026 was to grow my glutes and legs. These videos are less than a year apart, and the biggest changes came from increasing my calories, lifting heavy, staying consistent, and trusting the process.

Building muscle takes time, it doesn’t happen overnight. Progressive overload, eating enough to fuel growth, prioritizing recovery, and showing up week after week made all the difference.

Ladies, don’t be afraid to train heavy. Strong legs and glutes don’t just look good, they improve bone density, support joint health, increase strength, boost athletic performance, and help protect your body as you age.

Consistency beats perfection every single time. ⭐️💪🏻
