What a Sunday this has been. I was able to get baptized AGAIN by my AMAZING pastors at @wearebelieverscity. I never imagined three months ago to the day, I would be where I am right now. New state, new friends, new church, new everything, but no family, no job, no car, no apartment… literally one duffel bag of clothes & shoes and a whole lot of faith. All I had was a dream from GOD, a word from my dad/bishop, and a word from my BC pastor. But in the three months I have been here, GOD has made sure I haven’t gone without, and I have gained so much spiritually & personally. I’ve genuinely been so happy and blessed. I may not have everything I want right now, but in HIS time, I know he will provide everything as long as I stay in alignment. I am beyond excited to see the journey GOD has for me and my girls☺️ #notchaaveragecitygirl #stepoutonfaith #trusthim

@roadrunnerelite let me join the workout yesterday 🔥🔥🔥 here’s a few things we Hit:

✅Barbell Squat Jumps

Barbell squat jumps develop explosive power by combining strength and speed. With heavier weight, the movement targets fast-twitch fibers in the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. It improves vertical jump, acceleration, and neuromuscular coordination. Control the landing to protect joints and optimize force absorption.

✅Reverse Hyperextensions

Reverse hypers train the posterior chain, glutes, hamstrings, and lower back while decompressing the spine. It’s a top-tier tool for building hip extension strength and improving lumbar health. Each rep improves glute activation and spinal mobility. Ideal for sprinters, jumpers, or athletes recovering from low-back stress or fatigue.

✅Kickstand Standing Leg Press

targets the quads and glutes with a unilateral emphasis. One foot is staggered behind for balance, reducing assistance from the non-working leg. It builds strength, improves hip stability, and exposes muscle imbalances. Great for isolating a leg while maintaining vertical posture and functional joint alignment.

Great Session 🤞🏾✊🏾 give a try
