Waking up at 5:30am is never easy, but getting that workout in before the sun comes up always feels great. PS I let instagram pick the audio 😂

With the busy spring market starting up it’s important for me to continue to focus on my health. Getting those circuits in at 6am is a great way to ensure the workout gets done before a jam packed day (really helps to wake you up, too!).

⭐️ APPRECIATION ⭐️ One year ago I decided that I no longer wanted to be unhealthy. I wanted to get back into shape not only so I can be around for a long time for my boys, but for myself as well. A year ago this week on an outdoor patio, I met Rob. From the minute we started talking I knew he was the person to help me with my goals. I immediately started training with Rob and the first thing he said to me was “Trust the system.” I went on a food plan and would workout with him 3 days a week. Now, a year later, not only is he my trainer, but he’s one of my best friends and I couldn’t have done this without him. I still have a lot of work to do, but I’m forever grateful and proud of what I’ve accomplished so far.
