🌺 KONA 2026 – THAT’S A WRAP! 🤙🏼

5th year in a row on the Big Island and it really never gets old!

Another amazing couple of weeks out here supporting my athletes at the biggest race in our sport. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to spend it with. So many laughs, good times and some pretty special memories made along the way!

These guys are not only great athletes but great people too. They inspire me and everyone around them with what they put into this sport and it’s a privilege to be part of their journey.

To come away with a 🥉 and 5th place at the IRONMAN World Championships makes it even better! So proud of all the guys and what they’ve achieved out here. 💪

The only thing missing this year was Fenella ❤️ Definitely not quite the same being out here without her, but 2027 we’ll be back together and I can’t wait for that!

Kona, you’ve been bloody brilliant once again! 🌺🤙🏼

A phenomenal 2nd place finish at the Ironman South Africa and another performance that shows exactly why she continues to compete at the very highest level 🤙🏻

What people see on race day is only a small part of the story. Paula works relentlessly day in, day out in training, always searching for ways to improve and get stronger. These results are no accident , they are built on years of dedication, discipline, and hard work

Race week is here 🇿🇦🔥

Paula and Sam are ready to take on IRONMAN South Africa tomorrow, both aiming to challenge for the win in their respective age groups 😮‍💨

Paula has already secured her Kona slot, but this one is all about putting together another strong performance as she builds towards the World Championships 🌺

Sam is on the hunt for his Kona ticket — and after a great block of training, he’s ready to give it everything to make it happen 💪🏻

Both have put together a solid build coming into this race and are set up for a big early-season performance.

Another podium for @robbo59 at Ironman Wales 😍

An amazing race by Paula, but not the race we’d planned or training for. After a great swim Paula set off on her bike. In a little under an hour her bike wouldn’t change gear. 48mins later bike mechanics helped here and she was away with a huge deficit to make up 😬

Unfortunately there wasn’t enough road to catch up the time. However she ran an epic marathon beating everyone by 20mins+… and 1st place was only 28mins ahead 😩 Make of that what you will…

She’s our champ 🤙🏻

Super proud of all you do Paula, people seriously look up to you, keep doing what you do

Paula gets gold 🥇 🏆

Lanzarote ironman, a challenge, a one and done, one of if not the hardest ironman, a race people avoid, basically just blumin hard…

Not for Paula!

Her 8th time racing here and she absolutely crushed it. Winning her age group by 23 minutes. Fastest swim, Fastest Bike, 2nd Fastest run! 💃

Paula decided to decline her world champs slot this year (luxury she has) in the idea that she goes all in for Ironman Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 In which she will go for KONA 2026!

We’ve coached 1000s of athletes but not many come close to the dedication and commitment Paula puts into her training. It’s a privilege to watch and be a small part of her achievements 🙌🏻

Another race weekend is upon us for the team 🤙🏻

1st up we have @robbo59 racing Ironman Lanzarote. Her 8th time time racing this famous race, I know mental! She keeps getting stronger and will be challenging the top of her age group for sure! Crush it Paula

Next up is @aislingwheelworx racing Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga. Aus has had a really good build up to this one and is looking to have a good race. Temps are up 🥵 so it may be a survival towards the end. Look out for a flying bike split 🤙🏻

Also in Chattanooga is @wheelworxrob We can’t wait to see Rob race. The improvements we have seen in his swim are next level and we are really looking forward to seeing him execute a race. A top performance will have him challenging the podium, Crush it mate!

Lastly we have @marktomlinson13tri racing European Middle distance champs in Pamplona 🤙🏻 Fresh off the back of his win in Valencia mark will be looking to back that up with another solid performance. Crush it mark
