Quick & easy, nice & simple! Didn't have much time so i made me and @robbrttt_fitlife some asparagus, panga filet and a little salad with 2 eggs! High protein low carb meal!

Having a mid-day snack out in the sun☀️ in the bowl: cottage cheese mixed with a can of tuna a whole avocado a little bit of olive oil, eggs, green olives, bell peppers and spring onions! Put this on the rice cake and enjoy✌️

Starting my with a grapefruit and a big black coffee! Waiting on my buddy @robbrttt_fitlife and than were gonna do a little abs and cardio! I'm on tight schedule today! Lets go!👊

Who says low carb meals are boring? Made some chicken skewers and a side salad with eggs and avocado! Had the skewers in the oven for 20minutes and that was it! Easy tasteful and a meal according to my goals!👊

Eating and watching Holland against Australia at a nice little restaurant here in Rotterdam! I just only ordered a caesar salad with extra chicken and an egg!
