I get it, trust me, I do.
CrossFit looks intimidating.
It looks loud and fast and full of people doing things that seem impossible.

But here’s the part people never see:

Most of us walked in having absolutely zero idea what any of those movements were.
Including me.

I was a 45 year old woman when I started CrossFit and four months later was running an affiliate. I never thought I’d be walking on my hands or swinging from rings, but here I am. #strongerthanever
and more capable now than in my 20’s.

The community is second-to-none. The high fives, knuckles, and smiles that come before and after the workout encourage me to keep showing up. It’s not just for me, but for them too.

Here’s the thing:
The only way to #becomefit enough to do CrossFit… is by doing CrossFit.
And more importantly:
You don’t start CrossFit to be good at it. You #juststart CrossFit to become who you want to be.

So push aside the feeling of intimidation and come see for yourself.
