The CE squad representing today at the Hammerhead Ocean Marathon today!! We had athletes competing in all the distances: 1k, 2k and 5k! Peep the last athlete for how we all have been spending our afternoons after that showing!

If you’ve been to a Women’s Wellness workout, you already know... Booty Burn is a staple. 🍑

Why? Because it’s more than just building a stronger backside (although we definitely love keeping it high and tight)

Strong glutes help support your lower back, improve posture, protect your knees, increase balance, and make everyday movement easier. They’re one of the most important muscle groups for women—especially as we age.

And then there’s Roberta. Her energy is contagious, her playlists keep you moving, and somehow she makes you laugh while your legs are shaking.

We come for the burn.
We stay for the community.
And we leave feeling stronger than when we walked in.

It’s never just a workout… it’s the women who show up.

What makes every Women’s Wellness Fest event so special is you. The energy, the connections, the conversations… the way women come together to support, uplift, and truly see one another.

We love watching new friendships form and community grow in the most natural, beautiful way. Because everything we create is rooted in one mission:
to empower women — mind, body, and spirit.

There’s something so powerful about trying something new… discovering products that support your body, and turning them into daily rituals that help you feel your best. That’s the magic.

And yes… we may all be a little more sore after Booty Burn 🔥
…but we’re also feeling stronger, more energized, and keeping it high & tight 🍑

Sunday Funday at Clean Eatz – St. Johns 💛

What a beautiful day spent in community.

We sweat, shopped, and connected—the perfect blend of movement, mindful shopping, and meaningful conversation. From an energizing Booty Burn workout to discovering amazing local vendors, every moment was filled with support and that signature Women’s Wellness Fest magic.

And of course… we refueled with the best protein smoothies—because balance is everything 😉

These are the moments that remind us what it’s all about—showing up for ourselves and each other.

A heartfelt thank you to#
@CleanEatzStJohns for hosting us
@FabForever for bringing the shopping vibes
@lafragolacare
@healthbydesignfl
@robertacoltman

and every single woman who showed up and made today so special 💫

We can’t wait to do it again. Stay tuned for what’s next!
